Prison Planet.com Friday, December 5, 2008 California cops tasered a distraught son whose father was drowning after he and his brother complained that police were not doing enough to rescue their dad, while authorities prevented the two sons from making any kind of rescue effort themselves. The latest example of police brutality unfolded in Mendocino Country California. A San Francisco family was visiting Portuguese Beach when the father accidentally fell into the water and was washed away from the shore. Police arrived with rescue crews but made no effort to save the drowning man, named as 54-year-old Maurizio Biasini, and prevented his two 18-year-old sons, Dario and Andriano Biasini, from helping their dad as they insisted on waiting for the Coast Guard and a Sheriff’s boat. CHP officers claim the sons were “getting in the way of rescue efforts” but charges of “interfering” are likely to be dropped, according to a KHSL TV report. “I think they could have settled them down in other ways than that,” said the eyewitness who filmed the incident. The father who fell in the water is still missing. This is just the latest example in an epidemic of police brutality that has swept America in the last few years as the indiscriminate use and abuse of Taser devices increases exponentially. Last week we reported on the case of Margaret Hiebing, a 54-year-old women who was tasered by Wisconsin police for the dangerous crime of sitting in the wrong seat at a football game in Madison. Hiebing, a Badgers season ticket holder, had taken a different seat because someone else had occupied her usual place at the packed game. When police approached Mrs Hiebing she explained the situation and refused to leave. Onlookers began to berate the cops after one of them reportedly threatened Hiebing with pepper spray. One witness filmed the altercation on a cell phone, evidence which would later dispel initial police claims that Hiebing was causing an obstruction by sitting in the aisle. Police then forced Hiebing face down on the ground and tasered her on the back of the leg. Hiebing was then placed in a wheel chair and ejected as she was unable to walk out of the stadium. Aren't you supposed to shoot the subject three times in the back before idenifying yourself as a LEO? Easy now, just a little police humor....

Due to budget constaints only one shot is required. |

Whoah! |

Whoa dude! You're responding to your own spam, that's sad. |

If the two kids jumped into the water and inevitably suffered the same fate as their father and weren't subdued, the deputies and CHP would have been to blame for all three deaths right? Poor logic. Realistically, they saved the life of those two guys who were too high on adrenaline to see the big picture and the mother still has his two children.

What the hell is wrong with these officers who feel the need to use force in an unneeded situation. A son's father is being washed out to sea in front of him from a current and their solution to calming down the son of the victim is to taser them?!?
The quality of law enforcement is really going down hill in this county. This is despicable. These officers should lose their jobs or be put on suspension without pay for a couple of months to think about how to deal with the public in times of emotional distress. These boys were upset and watching their father die. Explain to me how does tasering them help? I hope they sue the department for excessive force and contact state officials. |

You ain’t seen nothin yet # blindboy Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:00 am “CHP officers claim the sons were “getting in the way of rescue efforts”……but charges of “interfering” are likely to be dropped, according to a KHSL TV report. Interfering with what? The inability of the police to respond to an emergency situation? I get the impression that none of the cops could swim or administer CPR, which is why they let the man drown. The ultimate COVER-YOUR-ASS. When they come for your neighbors guns, shoot them in the back, because they’re coming for yours next. # ray411 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:04 am fuck those pigs! those tasers were suppose to be used only instead of using their gun not their personal TORTURE machine! there is 900 to 1 ratio US against them plus they are STUPID so whenever we are ready WE can BITCH slap those fucken pigs and tell them that the pigs serve US!!!! # Marco Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:05 am Again tasers are used to enforce compliance instead of for self protection # andrew Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:06 am thats one sad story # Rick Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:13 am The Unazi States Of Amerika…the new SS. # James Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:16 am Disgusting. I love this country, this makes me so sick inside. I would never have done this. I would have made every effort to save him. I had to do CPR last night at work, glad we are private security or I might have been tazered too # Lucas Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:22 am Those “cops” should be tosses off the side of the cliff, along with their tasers. It would be good to see the ‘keystone’ attitude washed out to see. Those poor boys. Of course you’re gonna freak out when you dad is drowning and all some dumb ass retard with an itchy trigger finger high on “authority” can do is pull out a weapon instead of organising a rescue. The only one interfering in the rescue is the assh**le in uniform.“To Protect and Serve” or is it now “To Tase and Control. F88king spaz SOBs. # Ricko Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:29 am A.C.A.B # Malachi4 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:31 am That water looked pretty nasty. How come NOBODY jumped in to help the dad before the pigs arrived including the sons. What the hell was dad doing to put himself in such jeopardy. I’m not justifying the pigs use of taser but I can understand anyones reluctance to jump into that maelstrom. There is no justification for stupidity. When they come for your neighbors guns, shoot them in the back, because they are coming for your guns next. |

MORE RESPONSE FROM USA
http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # Peaceful American Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:38 am So the sons were “interfering” with what...the WAITING effort? How can you interfere when NOTHING is happening? I hate cops. The only thing I’ve ever gotten from pigs is a hard time and a lot of bad attitude. Fucking assholes. # Rob O'Brien Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:45 am The fella with the video it was lucky not to get arrested too. Haven’t those cops heard of explaining things, like “the water is too dangerous, we can’t risk another persons life.” The Use of Force Continuum - Level 2: Verbal Communication Level 3: Control Holds and Restraints. Tasers come under Level 5. Although surely the fire truck would have rope to tie to anyone who did go in the water. “Getting in the way of rescue efforts?” How do you get in the way of someone standing around doing nothing? # Mark Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:50 am Of course thats why they call them selves law enforcement and not peace officers anymore. Of course the tasers could of been avoided, but officers arent paid to think, only react. So instead of talking to the sons and calming them down, the officers just say “ok, your acting up,*Taze*” Get ready, they plan on calling troops home # Brass Balls Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:55 am It seems the cops in Cali are more intrested in is their own ass’s, this was as chicken shit as it comes, coward cops have no excuse,(you would not let an animal suffer and drown or fall in a hole) except they are not obligater to save or protect you, ask the Supreem court, now failure to save that man is equal too “manslughter” and the police assauting him with a semi or potentially leathal weapon. this why we have the second ammendment, California an eastern bloc country, beat to a different drummer and they make sure you don’t express this natural right of self defence. or any other right for that matter. Thats why I left that rat hole.if citizens carried fire arms it would be a lot less likely to pull this stunt, but an unarmed person(subject citizen) has without a greated a Master (state/police) Slave (person/peon) relationship. you must as a person obey the master, no matter how inept and neglagent they are, before this thing is over those young men will be begging forgivness from the State of California for trying to get those scum bag police to do the job, But expect the police to charge him with Assult, and Interfearing with a law/en/force/ment official (GOD) and save their father. that what the citizens ignorantly expect. you see you have to get on your knees and prostrate yourself and comply, thats whats expected of slaves to do, Insted of being an armed (freeman or freewoman) as a free man. And as a free man you would go and save you father or freind(s) or others in need, rather then relying on the so called law, the offficer or officers would have defacated their pants if the young men would have defended their rights with a hog leg (44 magnum) |

even in the hands of a 90 year old lady would leave a 6′3 240 lbs man crying and begging for his life. you would tell that star trek, teser packing want a be clown, with his toy taser, put it away or eat lead,(because that thing can kill you) you have a right to defend your self (no matter what propaganda has been told you) they may call the army of cops to save their chicken shit ass’s, But the father would most likely be alive and the Jury or the County Coroner can figure out the rest. Its your absolute right and your duty to protect your family as well as your self. The cowardliness displayed by these scab cops not only put a horrible stain on the good police out their, but made enamys of these people effected by what they did and did’t do. as well as the American people who watched this video or in person have witnessed with their own eyes this father and human being Die, as if the police, lined that man and shot him. you see when ebough citizens see enough exacutions and crimes against them then the persons (state) lose’s the harts and minds, then the citizens will rise up and rebel as they did in Rodney Kings case be it one person standig up or tens of thousands to fight. As for these Officers don’t deem any respect whether they wore a badge or not, they are human filth is the only discriptor.
# Carl Says: December 5th, 2008 at 6:58 am Pure evil! # CRIMINAL COP Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:07 am I totally beat that kid up. I love using my big taser and hearing people scream. Good thing the dad didn’t make it. I should have tasered the kid with the camera, nobody is allowed to video tape a cop. You guys on this site better watch out, we’re coming for you. When you have the taser, you are the law! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! !!!!!!! # Theywontchipme Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:09 am LITTLE MAN…BIG GUNS. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY MEET REAL MEN WITH THE SAME GUNS? # Mad Max Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:10 am It seems like I always see videos with cops abusing people that are not as strong or possibly as big as they are. I’d like for those bastards to try and do that shit to me. After I am done whipping any one of the pigs asses then I would definitely pin his nuts to the ground with his own taser electrodes. Give’em something to think about. I’m so tired of seeing these minions of Lucifer’s black army prancing around like they own everything. They are supposed to be public servants not public whip masters. Take tasers off the market and out of the hands of taser happie-chappie “law enforcers”!
# pissed in canada Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:27 am Everytime you have police that need to detain someone, they will make false charges because to arrest someone you need to charge them with something. Once arrested it get’s them over to the cell and they just drop the charges a day later, we should push that if officers make false charges, that is a criminal offence, it’s like if i knowingly accused someone of breaking the law, i could be charged with falsefying a complaint which you can be charged criminaly for. I don’t know why “public servants” aren’t under the same obligations. I would argue that penalties for public servants who abuse their powers should face a mandatory 2X sentence (to whatever crime they commit) as they are supposed to be serving the public. They should be leading by example, as they have inherent powers above other people. Any thoughts? # LiveFreeOrDieFighting Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:34 am Ammo and a gun, don’t leave home without it. # Overcast Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:42 am Good deal! Hey those of the GOV. EMPLOY monitoring this website and forum ! Ever heard of a Float Rope?!! They cost about $5 for 50 feet and FLOAT! Just like the drifting taxpayer you probably just let die waiting for a chopper to fuel up and get there. You what? Expected the guy to stop drowning while you got your shit together? Who in the HELL never heard of keeping a Lifeline handy in the trunk when conducting rescue ops in a BEACH COMMUNITY. I know about these roape because YOU FEDS DEMANDED LOBSTERMAN USE THEM! You don’t know your own gear? Wow great interagency coordination skills. Give them all the weapons under the sun, but god forbid they have basic rescue equipment. Simple I see atleast 5 Rescue workers ther which equals 250 feet of rope they should have had if not more.It would have drifted right to him on the SAME DAMNED CURRENT! I hope they nail these OFFICERS to the wall in a court with and HONEST judge. Thanks for giving America another 2 young men who now HATE anyone in authority. This is how you get criminals. You show them that the law WILL FUCK YOU. And make them less apt to obey it.Go figure .Police beat 1 Blackman who is driving drunk and LA riots, but kill people all over the country and I bet not a single cop has gone to prison when it involves Taser. What the dieng father wasn’t enough? Thought you’d UP the bodycount.HE’S a KID !You need that thing with 5 men there to control him?I’d have brained you with a tire Iron before you managed another “TASER ACCIDENT”.Way to manage the situation.I hope that kid dosn’t end up in court for Picking you off Beltway Sniper Style. and ruin his life any worse. |

The cowardly CHP officers should have allowed the two brothers to rescue their father if they did not have the courage to do it, which obviously they didn’t. What a surprise, Not! Look for those of you who live out side California allow me to inform you of something the article left out. Police brutality is so commonplace here nobody even pays attention any more. The paramilitary cops here in just about every county have adopted overly aggressive, inhumaine policies which have little if any regard for human life. The use of Tasers were sold by the law enforcement industry to the public as an alternative to deadly force but they are instead used as a mechanism of torture. A prod od sort. The cops use the severe pain created by intense electrical shock to force immediate compliance to ordinary commands. Unfortunately for the citizens of every age, physical and mental condition the possibility that tasers may in fact steal their lives is of no concern whatsoever to those who are sworn to protect us. People we need to srart bringing civil cases against these type of abuses. We must expose their torture for what it really is. # steve Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:29 am this makes me furious. these god damn police officers are out of control. # Frank Dufek Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:30 am Hey pissed in canada, I could not agree with you more. Fine, you’re going to charge someone with a crime and expect them to pay the consequences. That’s fine. Wait, you charged someone with something based upon make believe or a complete exaggeration? You should be in prison or suspended from the force. Our country has become such a police state the average person no longer even agrees with such simple logic. Are we doomed? # James Says: |

This is ridiculous.“Getting in the way of rescue efforts”?! Those fat slop of shit cops weren’t doing a thing. In fact it was the cops who were “Getting in the way of rescue efforts”, after the teens found them to be useless. If you’re drowning you don’t have time to wait for the coast guard, obviously. Maybe they might have had to save two people if one of the teens jumped in. Maybe he could have reached his father to help him stay above water till help arrived. Instead they decided to taser them, and press charges, because cops are angry control freaks. These cops are a disgrace. I hope they know that. # James Young Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:34 am pissed in canada Says: December 5th, 2008 at 7:27 am Everytime you have police that need to detain someone, they will make false charges because to arrest someone you need to charge them with something. Arrest, incarcerate, bail hearing (phony), court for setting court date, phony charge no evidence, stay or drop the charges. Much misery for the accused. No official is ever held accountable. This is practiced many times daily all across Canada. Such is life. |

http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # Earthmother Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:39 am Oh yea, if you get arrested for ANYTHING at all, and they can invent any charge they like without fear of reprocussions, you are stuck in the system until you get your day in court. That sometimes takes YEARS. Meantime, you have PAID bail, the cops got paid for making the arrest, the judge, prosecutor, and lawyer all get paid, the JAIL you are taken to gets money for having you…. # me Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:41 am I’m guessing kids couldn’t swim. If it was my dad, I would of went in right away, not waiting for everyone to show up. If I die doing that - so be it. That being said, I am assuming that they couldn’t swim. Imagine a rescuer standing there saying - I’m not going in that water- too choppy guys. As you watch your dad die……. myself, I’d be getting the names of all those guys and buying a copy of “the Count of Monte Crystal” # Andy Fun Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:43 am It seems that tasers have become like some kind of a “silver bullet” for most things now. # John N Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:43 am It comes as no surprise to see that the police were such cowards that they would not make a rescue attempt. The very nature of a bully is to be a coward. American cops are bullies and cowards. When the public does rise up against them watch how many of these yellow bellies run or atempt to change sides. # birgit Says: December 5th, 2008 at 8:45 am one day all this will backlash… Poor kids,(at 18 they are still kids) who just lost their father right in front of their eyes.Of course they are upset and out of it..would not any normal human being be this upset? http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # 12gadouble00 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:08 am These PIGS just can’t wait to use their new Homeland Security issued tasers. They are so pumped up with government kool aid they think they are above any laws or human rights. They annoint themselves with the power to treat people like they are cattle, they want to show us who’s the boss. Well it may be time to follow these PIGS and record where the mud puddle is for future use. When the Bush hits the fan, we need to take their toys and give them a gonad shot and see how they like it. They don’t seem to realize there are so many of us that they don’t stand a chance, KARMA’S A BITCH, and they will pay dearly. God bless these poor young men that had to meet such evil, but justice is on the way. # jos boersema Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:12 am This police / army brutality is (I think) much more dangerous then a Bush madman in power, or an Obama madman, or whatever fascist puppet / monster. If the police (and army) consist of nice “let us help the old lady accross the street and carry her bag” people, I don`t see how any crazed leader could install tyranny over a country. Even if you bring in foreign troops you run the risk of revolt by armed parts of government and a single ticket to jail. But if the cops get corrupt and the whole system become corrupt, it drives out the good guys (in stead of the other way around). It is then a minor step to an oppressive police state. Therefore I think we in Holland probably won`t see tyranny in the short term, because our police is just far too nice for that. USA on the other hand, reports are not that good, although it probably varies a lot from place to place. The better places may want to think about breaking away from the USA (= federal oppression)? If that could be done, it might be better for states that can manage themselves. Maybe print a new currency, defend the border from oppressive foreign agents from the federal govmnt… # n0x23 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:18 am Please stop calling the police “PIGS”, it’s inappropriate, uncalled for, derogatory and offensive to all the pigs, boars, swine and hogs! Despite their reputation for gluttony, they are generally social and intelligent animals. # Tim In SouthDAKOTA Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:27 am Your right pigs are much kinder animals. Police are more like a virus. Like H.I.V. or something like that. # Dave Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:33 am This video is presented in a very bias way and so is the editorial. I’m no fan of police brutality, but let’s at least hear both sides of the story before judging. Some of you people here are jackasses. Everything isn’t always so black and white. # RealityBase Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:37 am Police ineptitude will lead to a huge law suit here. Sorry to hear of the kids losing their Dad. # Lionel A Smith Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:42 am How long before we see more of this in the UK now that the police here have been given powers to use what are euphemistically called ’stun guns’? The BBC needs to wise up (but it won’t because it is establishment) because a recent ‘Have your say’ thread on their website had many commentators all for the police having these powers, one went as far as to say ‘its common sense really’. He clearly has poor thought processes and misses that one day he could be in just such a situation as these poor lads. |

http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # cc Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:44 am WHAT HAPPENED TO DIALOGUE ????? Cops used to talk to people and people used to trust the cops! Hey, THE DAD WAS DYING AND YOU TASER THE KID ? ARE YOU SICK OR WHAT ?!! What happened to when a cop would show he CARED and was HELPING ? by REASSURING THEM and ALLOWING THEM TO BE UPSET which was NORMAL under the circumstances. ARE THEY ONLY HIRING IDIOTS TODAY??? so what if he was yelling obsanities. CAN’T YOU BE MAN ENOUGH TO IGNORE IT ? why do you need to prove you’re more powerful ? SICK SICK SICK (& these are the people who we pay to PROTECT us?!) If they didn’t have TASERS maybe then the would REMEMBER HOW TO TALK to people. # pissed in canada Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:45 am To others who responded to my post Yes canada and the US are suffering from this whole type of policing, like i have said, these issues need to be dealt with, when citizens are being brutally beaten to death or tazered prematurely we need to hold accountable, in the last few years in canada we have seen an increase in police brutality, i can remember at least 10 instances that police savagely beat someone to death just to face a simple reprimand and a 30 day suspension WITH PAY. There was one instance in Toronto about 3 years back where a mentaly challenged individual that the police were familiar with was beaten to death by 2 toronto police officers. The 7/11 video camera shows the police beating this guy, it showed that he was struck 89 times with night sticks, after about the 9th or 10th strike the individual was in seizure for the rest of the beating. These 2 cops got 1 month off with pay for murdering a mentaly handicaped individual, problem is that it’s their own precinct is the one that filed the charges, can you say conflict of interest??? if they chose not to persue them it never goes to trial. this has been happening country wide, even when politician or soldiers or police are found to behave like this, they get of on the fact “they have served the public for so long” that type of behavior indicates that they have been serving themselves. The Niagara Regional Police as well as the Toronto Regional Police back in 2000 were found to be the MOST CORRUPT policing agency’s in the entire world, moreso than third world country police forces, just some food for thought! # Munching on Sarah Palin's Sweet Muffin Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:52 am I’m glad citizens are capturing these incidents on video. In the past, this stuff went on all the time, but before Rodney King there was no way to prove the police were using brutal tactics. Now that many people have cell phones that can capture video, the jury (and there will be one) will be better able to see exactly what happened in this case. # Todd Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:56 am It would be one thing if this were an isolated incident, but police are caught engaging in this ridiculously trigger-happy behavior over and over and over again. Then they have the NERVE to wonder why more and more Americans are starting to view them with contempt. I know there are good cops out there, but there comes a point when “going along to get along” becomes a silent *endorsement* of this activity. Thus, if the cops who don’t abuse their authority want to avoid giving the public the impression that they approve of the behavior of the trigger-happy cops who do, then it’s high time that they start speaking out in unison against this. Start an organization if you have to. # Ali Says: December 5th, 2008 at 9:58 am |

These cops sooner or later are gonna themselves be a target by the pissed off public who will make secret bounties on their heads and thus possibly putting their own families at risk (that is….if they have family). # BB Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:04 am The police are a cancer that need to be eliminated. # Ali Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:08 am But I do understand their point of view. That the waters were turbulent and to rescue 3 people would be more of an effort because eventually the brother would end up like their father. However, I still believe they could’ve been subdued without tasers. # l Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:10 am A. John Brown,(http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/aia/part4/4p1550.html ), a white guy, risks his very life and livelihood in his (what must have seemed) lonely fight for abolition, which, being white, did not affect him in a practical sense. He could have said and done nothing and lived a very comfortable life. B. Truther X risks nothing posting endlessly to message boards for seven years, working for and buying the products of those (corporate America) they think are in collusion with the 9/11 perpetrators and giving a portion of their income, via taxes, to the actual perpetrators (the U.S. Government), both of whom they believe are trying to kill and/or enlsave them. Please pardon me if I’m a bit underwhelmed by the truther conviction. # lucid Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:12 am ignorant officers are a bane on society… i wonder… would we get assult charges if we tase them back? how about a homemade microwave emitter? # Freethinker Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:16 am The police are a cancer that need to be eliminated… thanks “BB” i agree!! # John Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:24 am Mabey if cops got mowed down by angry citizens for doing this kind of shit they would think twice.Take off the badge if you are not going to do your job. # 1776 Says: |

# 1776 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:28 am Please Digg this. http://digg.com/world_news/Ano.....g_ASSHOLES # jordan Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:34 am I love how it took the 2 cops to hold the bigger brother back from beating the tasering cops ass. It would’ve taken a hell of a lot more to hold me back if this shit was going on to my family. there’s a revolution coming and these cops are going to get their payback, no worries.:) # James Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:36 am Why were all those cops on land ,and not out in the water looking for the victim ? The search and rescue effort was in the water not on dry ground ! The boys were on dry ground so how on earth were they interfering with the search operation ? Another case of the cops oversteping their duty to protect the general public by violating the ”rights” of individuals to take risks they see fit to take ! These young men wanted to go in the water to try and save their father, now that would have been dangerous, but the brothers were ceartainly within their rights to do so.Just maybe the man could have been rescued if someone would have gone into the water where he was ?! How long was it before someone actually got into the water ? This story sums up this nation very well ! The people who need to be restrained and regulated are running the country while the common man is drowning in a sea of regulation and freedom stifling laws.Since when is there a law against going into the water to rescue a drowning family member ? Cops, your job isto protect the general public from arbitrary dangers. That is,bank robbers, rapists, murderers, thei ving wallstreet bankers and despotic poloticians ! It is not your place to protect individuals from the consequences of their own decisions, nor is it your job to enforce your own ideas as to right or wrong ,safe and unsafe. You are supposed to be enforcing constitutionaly allowed laws. These kind of cops make me sick. # NewWorldOrder Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:46 am This shows exactly why more police are needed… the lawless actions of this guys two sons hampered rescue efforts which made them loose site of the father thus loosing him and possibly causing his death. In my opinion these to criminals should be charged with manslaughter, littering, and pay for the has mat clean up of human body fluid entering a fragile Eco system spreading who knows what diseases to any one that may come in contact with and sea life that may have been contaminated with the remains of the father. # Richard Says: December 5th, 2008 at 10:58 am Cops are nothing but typical unionized government thugs. They don’t want to do their job but they get violent when someone else tries to do it instead. Makes them look bad and we can’t have that. In Philadelphia a few years ago, a bystander swam out and rescued a suicidal man from the Schuylkill River while fat lazy cops and firemen looked on. The guy died anyway, but at least the bystander brought him to shore. In another incident, some charity volunteers were picking up trash and got beaten up by the sanitation workers who should have picked up the trash already. Try to avoid getting the cops involved if at all possible. Ask bystanders and neighbors for help instead. Unfortunately, police work attracts sadistic little men like garbage attracts flies. |

http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # mr_bad Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:03 am Notice how all these cops are fat pigs. Notice also they’re all fully clothed like they couldn’t give a f*ck less about jumping in to save man’s life. # James Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:05 am To all police, firemen and rescue workers. You are public servants not public officials. It is your job to rescue people who are in danger and can not help themselves. It is also your job to facilitate public saftey, without restricting freedom and the individuals right to choose the course of action which suites their own needs.Scociety needs you to do your jobs because of the fact that there will be occasions when people will need help, and sometimes they will need help because of their own decisions. Now that is okay because that is what life and living free is all about, having the right to make decisions and when deemed nessacary choosing a course of action that may be dangerous or even life threatening. We can not be free if we are allowed to choose only the safe options all the time.If you do not want to be in the buisness of risking your lives to save people, then please find other employment and let those who are natural risk takers do the work you are supposed to be doing.Absolutely no one demanded that you choose your proffesions, therefore if you would rather limit individual freedom than actualy risk your necks by rescuing people then please step down and take a job at a daycare center or something. Keeping five year olds safe by ordering them around is something there is a real need for and generaly it is pretty dogone safe. # Flem Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:07 am Every victim of police brutality like this should sue not only the town, the state and each and every officer involved PERSONALLY for every dime they have. That would stop this crap. # Vindi Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:20 am How terribly sad & stupid…on the cops part. If that was one of those cops parents, drowning, you can bet they’d be trying to jump into the water to help their parent. This was very extreme & senseless. Granted, the water was choppy and chances were real good that one of those sons could have been drowned as well….but…..to use a Taser? Puhleeeeze!! Any ole reason to flex those cop muscles, I guess? The officers should lose their jobs. Those young sons had every right to be distraught….and it wasn’t up to the cops to stop them from trying to recover their father. Brave kids….I applaud them. Lots bigger balls than those cops. Just shows the level of ignorance in that Police Dept. # James Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:29 am I agree with sueing the sh#t out of them but the money just turns out to be tax payer (OUR) money that goes to the victim. It would be a real drag if the surrounding people witnessing police feeding on the public would start pummelling these fat corrupt bags of shit! I mean kidnapping their worthless asses and fucking them in the face for 3 weeks before beheading their fucking worthless, pussy asses. Get it on tape and send it to their familiy and friends. Cops cant do a damn thing I cant do myself. They are an obsticale to everything that progresses and should be stopped! With a 3 foot long dildo! Fucking worthless woman-like pussies. # WakeUp Says: |
