Seriously Jerk, if you read my post about the statutory rape issue in full, I wasn't referring to this case. I was referring to the Sutter New Year's baby wherein Mom was 17 and Dad was 21. And then for you to complain that we should not attack a class of citizens (poor people) but then to go on and attack another entire class of citizens for the worlds problems??? You are calling us all jerks, but to me it looks like you're a big hypocrite! As for my posting showing up at Travis AFB- how that happens is beyond me, I'm in Lake County. But if I were at the AFB and an employee there, at least I was doing something to EARN a check every month!

I cant believe the posts on here... I come from a divorced family and 9 kids, my two oldest brothers were born before my parents were married, then after myself they got married and things went downhill for the two of them... why does it matter if people are married? most marriages end so quickly...even so, my parents got divorced and Im a college graduate... so... are you paying for me? or am i paying for you?

The Welfare system is not bad, but broken. How it is tied in with the military - by whom I take it you mean the U.S. Military - in your mind, I have no idea; and I don't think you do, either.

The Military did its best to protect us on September 11th; what happened was due to a dismal Intelligence failure. You cannot blame the guard dog when the guy who robs your house was invited in in the first place.

Let's get even more real here: Even a rock has the power to cause problems if it is left in the wrong place; say, the fast lane of a freeway. Hell, I am sure you have caused your fair share, yourself. Demanding the sterilization of the "rich and powerful" is the sort of prosaic bumper-sticker mentality running rampant in this country today.

Lets try this again, up til 9/11 we spent 20 TRILLION dollars on DEFNSE. when 9/11 happened we got 2 planes in the air. That's not defense its welfare for weapons manufacturers.
Intelligence failure? how long was there between the first strike and the second, how many air bases on the east coast?
