The Masonite property in the proposed UVAP zoned commercial? Residential next to the log deck at the MRC mill? Wow, sounds like sound planning to me. Why would the Board oppose mixed use at DDR's site, then have residential use right next to a sawmill? What a bunch of amateurs!

The UVAP draft is the one your friends on the old BOZO Board put together. The new Board will fix it when it gets to them for a decision.
