childrens services need to investigate more on their foster parents and this child should have returned home to his real parents. you dont leave a small child out of your sight.

I want everyone to think about how easy it is for a child to take off. Now I do know it is every parents duty to watch their child at all times. But I do know that accidents can happen. To let a child outside by himself is not right but how often do you think you can just run inside for something and when you do, its too late your child is in to something or even had taken off. This could happen to anyone. I have a child of my own and she goes everywhere with me but I do know she and every child can be sneaky when they are in there toddler stages. I think we all need to think about a time when your child has done something you never thought they would. Anything can happen, expecially accidents.
