Paulk pleads guilty

Are you kidding me, he deserves so much more than what he got. He killed a man in cold blood and to top it off this isn't his first go round in our judicial system, so what he does his time gets out and then low and behold his next crime escalates! That seems to be his pattern. What is wrong with our justice system????

james didn't just out right kill someone. he can be the best friend you will ever have.As a kid he didnt have many opptions.This is what he new and what he was good at. I don't mean murder, im saying the life style he was born into. All of us make bad choices some bigger than others,and all of us have family or friends that we would still care about even in thease situations. And this is what prision does to most people.

Christopher Bailey "was" my cousin!! My dad's baby sisters son!! I have pics of us as babies... His blond hair, his blue eyes... Grandma was always yelling at us for doing crap we knew better than be doing... Always Chris fault, cuz he was the boy. I was the innocent lil girl... LOL I got him in trouble 1/2 the time batting my innocent blue eyes. I love my cousin and miss him so badly, we were the trouble makers growing up, we have a very loving family, get together every Thanksgiving... He's not there anymore, thanks to mr James Paulk, and I wanna know why! Why did he shoot my favorite cousin in cold blood? Why? Was it really worth his life?

Reading this makes me cry. I don't believe in the death penalty but I hope that James rots for what he has done, one day at a time is just fine.

He did do something wrong, he hung out with a murderer apperently!!!
If you condone murder then maybe I should pray for you... before we're commenting on your trial and sentence!!!!

all i know is alive and breathing still and in one piece not 5 or 6 pieces

james is loved and wants for nothing i got him 100% yes he has life but in this life time it could have been the other way around shit happens in life its not forever stupid !here today gone tomorrow in one piece or six guess they both lost but one lost his life and limbs talk about being seperated

if your gonna remain annonymous!keep your trap shut!james did not agree with david kennedys ways of E.K. james was asked to pick up chris that he was ek affiliated!but james never heard of him!james truly believed chris was going to be used to get james for dave out of retaliation!because dave was a coward and was afraid of james,james talked the talk and walked the walk unlike dave!chris kept trying to get james to different places to set him up and it did not work!blame d.kennedy!!!!

Sounds like James was got either way!! If my cousin was "tring to set him up" or James was paranoid and thought he was... both of their lives are wasted either way ya look at it!!
I lost my cousin, I knew him to be loving, kind, a good friend. He made mistakes in his life, but who hasn't! Life is about choices, and Chris choose to hang with James that night and it cost him his life... I urge you MR. Flare make better choices then my cousin did... You must have at least a mom who's heart would ache if you were takin, like my cousin was from his family. I see the pain my aunt feels every time I see her, she has a void in her heart, her soul... That will stay with her the rest of her life!! I have 3 kids... teenagers... of course they drive me nuts 98% of the time, but if I lost one... I know I'd just die inside!!
But thank you MR. Flare for telling me why you think he was killed, I just need to know why, makes it 3% easier just knowing something over not knowing anything at all!! I just can't look at my aunts broken smile and ask her details, I can't do it!!! She's in pain, and I don't want to cause her more askin about this!!

My name is Alexis and I dated your cousin for quiet a few years and we have a four year old daughter. I have tried to get ahold of his brother and I have not been comfortable with just driving to your aunts. I would love to get ahold of her though, give her pictures of her grand daughter. She will know who Iam and remember Chris telling her I was pregant. I had to seperate myself from him because of his drug use but I never stoped loving him. Ignore what that MR Whatever is saying he is talking out his ass. Dave Kennedy was in VOA when Chris died and when they found his body a detective called me....Paulk acted out of something other then the fear pf being set up. And another thing as you know he was on a dental visit from the county jail up in the dalles there was no way for Kenndey to get Chris to set Paulk up. Paulk has NO love fro EK and just because he decided to make up his own little crew does not mean that he was some bad ass. Chris was a GOOD man with a pure heart and I was lucky to call him my bestfriend, lover and father to my child. Check it out, Ive made mistakes in my life too. Some bigger then others. I love James regardless because I know first hand that ppl change. I mean I did, and ppl still thought that I would never change. I was mean, agressive, violent, dangerous and into drugs as well. I write James and I know the person he can be, I know he can change. Deep down regardless of his past he has the ability, believe me, I did it. And if he was out, hed be with me and I dont mess around any more.

Your cousin is not inocent stacey, he was EK as well and he made his choices to do what he did. He was part of it all, crime, drugs, bullshit. Come on, u cant claim he was just an inocent man. He called James from booking at Norcor: the jail in the dalles. Yes what James did was wrong and hes doing his time for it. So leave it alone lady. He's paying with his life too. Its not always one sided: James's mom died since hes been down, hes locked up for a good chunk and he has no one but me and his sister who is active in her addiction. So drop it, whats done is done. Im sorry for ur loss as well and I dont condone James actions but please just leave it be.
