I suppose Bedford police were stalking him, too. Stop trying muddy the water here. There is no question about what happened. Even is noone was there (except his "girlfriend")... gun in holster; dog in car; three shots point blank range while on the ground; he should and will be convicted of murder. Now go back to PA and find someone your own age to pick on - which I assume is under the age of 5.

This is a very horrible event on both sides and I think that we need to wait for all the evidence to come out before we pass judgment on this man. No one knows what happened. He may of being victimized and reacted to protected himself (self defense) but if wasn’t being harmed by the cop then deserves what the judge orders.
