I would think she would be required to register as a sex offender Yes, Most women that do this type of thing do it again and again. She will get caught again just wait and see.

i honestly and truly dont believe she was totally responsible for what happened. Of course, she was partially to blame but he was never forced.
also, that was not her in canada. it was strangely a different alyssa johnson.
didnt she preform at the talent show for the school a few years before? or maybe it was for her class. i heard she had been doing ballet since she was like 4.
last i heard, she was going back to school. shes not able to teach any longer.

As a Registered Sex Offender she can't be with in 2000 feet of any school thats the law.

I had Ms. johnson as an english teacher in high school, she was very nice but defintely favored her male students. She is a nice enough lady. Irvine Valley College is NOT a k-12 school so I think she's allowed to take classes there since most everyone who attends college is over 18, and therefore not a chld

No, I was in Miss Johnson's class the year she was arrested and she was in California before '06.

I had her the year she was arrested and like u said super nice. Actually she was my favorite teacher that year as far as year long classes are concerned. Anyway sad thing is now she's probably a registered sex offender even tho the guy was all braging about having sex with her.

Ok first off, by no means am I saying what she did was ok but the guy she was having sex with was deffinetly not raped. He bragged of having sex with her. Also, had she not been a teacher and had he been a couple years older this would be just like any other relationship and not a crime what so ever. Also I had her the year she was arrested. She was my favorite year long teacher that year and she was super nice and a great teacher. I really loved her and feel like she was a person who made a mistake with a huge lack of judgment. But I also felt like she was always some childish, teen-age spirit who never really totally grew up.
