No not a word there might be a gag order or something like that, because usually this would be of intrest to news orgs and such. Its not every day we get a teacher who rapes children.

I doubt there is a gag order. It's not like this is a high profile case.
By the way, the word "rape" means one party was forced. I highly doubt a 17-18 year old male was forced to do anything against his will. The teacher made an incredibly poor judgement call, but "teacher who rapes children" is a bit extreme.

Ok I'll retract rape, however teachers should not be having intercourse with students that should be a no brainer....

There was a odd report of the same name just 4 years older in toronto newspaper reported that Alyssa A Johnson was caught with a boy 14 years old she is in custody and is facing a court date in Canada. When she was down here paper said she was 31 that was in 2006 add two years and you only get 33 unless the paper was wrong.
Maybe she fled to canada its why we have not heard any news on court dates and such from the media.

Something I don't understand you say she's in a school taking a ballet class, I was under the impression she was arrested, and charged, there are kids that go to college and under the circumstances you would think that any school would be off limits for her because of the charges. Unless your telling me she's gone to court had her trial and has beat the charges if thats the case then she must be on top of the world right now. If her trial date is still pending then she should not be around kids. Unless she has cleared all this with a judge.

She plead guilty to two counts of Unlawful sexual intercourse (two different dates). She was sentance to 3 years of probation and 180 days in jail (which appears to have been suspended), pay restitution and she had to take an AIDS prevention program. The case number is 06SF1209 and can be looked up at the link listed above.

Sounds like all she really got was a slap on the wrist, if this occured in Texas, she would have been looking at 15 to 20 Years in prison. Odd how the laws here for the same crime are alot more leiniant than in other states.
