DebbySnack: You're behind on your bills because you put fun before family obligations, like demonstrating sound financial management for your family?

Shame on you!

You're part of what is wrong with this country. No one wants to scrimp and save for later, they think they *deserve* the good life now! What the heck, put those bills on plastic, and have a really good $7 hotdog at Disneyland!

It's still cheaper than it used to be, people. It used to be $75 a person. If you have a good job, your building's lobby probably has a concierge, and they can usually get you 1/2 price tickets.

PERFECT, now all the smelly mexicans with their runny noise loud possy of kids might no be able to afford it anymore and it will be a nice place for middle class white people again. Only problem, now they will probably head over to Knotts and it's already bad enough dealing with the negros at the chicken dinner place.....

Actually not true. Most whites are cheap as hell so in actuality mexican-americans, the growing middle class i might add will be the only people you will see at disneyland. Now on The OC,never in my life have i seen as many skinflints in one county.

I agree entirely, except that as I said before I don't recommend going for only one day, because you feel pressured to get in as much as you can and that makes it less fun. Go for three days for a normal trip, five if you really want to see and do everything in both parks.

Although really, if these people are going to be so grumpy about everything, I'd rather they NOT go to Disneyland. That way they won't be there when I go again sometime next year. It's always nice to be there surrounded by other people who are happy to be there and are having a good time.:)

Disneyland will price itself out of business. It is already way overpriced. I know several people that have crossed that off their list.

No it won't. There are thousands upon thousands of people who do go to Disneyland every single day, and that's not going to change. Many, many people realize that for an entire day of fantasy, wonder, and entertainment, the price is well worth it.

You can also get discounts, such as AAA, or package deals from the Disney Travel Company, and if you go for more than one day the price per day is cheaper. There are also other ways to save money there. If you have the Chase Disney Rewards credit card you get discounts at some restaurants and stores in the park, stroller rentals, and other stuff. Season pass holders also get discounts on a number of things (and you only need one in your group to get the discount a lot of the time).

Now, I'm not saying it's cheap. I'm saying it's worth the price.

I'd rather stay home and watch Jackie Johnson do weather. It's much more pleasing and it's free

Well by all means, then, please do.

If you happen to choose not to go on the days that I do go, it means one less person in line in front of me.:)

I used to work at disneyland. It's the most horrible place I have ever worked at. A lot of the workers dislike their jobs and hate dealing with these tourists that come in expecting them to bow to them. I say boycott disney. It's not the happiest place on earth for the workers.
But if you really want to go so badly, start to get to know one of the cast members. They get discounted tickets & passes :) Or you have one that's a friend, they can get you in for free.
One thing i do appreciate Disney for is making that part of Anaheim nice. If it wasn't for the Disneyland Resort, Anaheim could be more compared to Compton or Bellflower.
I worked at Disneyland and I loved my job. If you did your job you should have had no problems. You knew going thru orientation what was expected of you. So you should have quit before your 1st day on the job if you didn't want to be a good cast member!

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Leo

This is one of those days when money slips through your fingers in no time at all unless you're very vigilant about your spending habits. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to stop yourself splashing out whenever the fancy takes you, whether or not you can afford it. You're especially drawn to tempting little treats and luxurious indulgences.
