I have seen way too many kids that are heavy. It makes me sad too, they don't have to be that way. I see them and I just think why? Why and how could a parent let their child reach that weight? I know some are genetically inclined to be heavier but I am talking about the ones who aren't.I have seen little girls at a pool or beach who are literally waddling. That's scary.
