Correctional Officers who do nothing for $$$

Everyone in Beeville who is 18 years old with no criminal convictions hsould apply for a job with the TDCJ.
It doesn't matter if you use marijuana or coke or meth. It doesn't matter if you beat your wife or engage in criminal acts.
It doesn't matter if you're morbidly obese and do nothing but sit, eat and watch tv.
Really folks, it doesn't matter.
The TDCJ has been actively recruiting and hiring criminals, druggies and derelects for years and continue to recruit these types.
The standards are not really that high. Just look at the people you know that wear a grey uniform. Just look. How fat are they? Do theu smoke pot? Do they resemble the scum they're supposed to protect?
Yeah, pretty much.
You don't need much drive or integrity to sit in a control picket all night in AC because you're afraid to tell a convict what to do. Or too lazy to search a cell for drugs, contraband or weapons.
Or write up an offender for violating a policy.
Are you worried about losing your wick, welfare or food stamps? No need to worry, just lie like all other COs do!!! A lot of individuals that don't qualify for government assistance often lie or exagerate to get what they want.
These people are supposed to be held to a hire standard.....why don't they do it?
There are absolutley no standards!!! If a CO is getting attacked, there is a rarely a single other officer that can say the following:
If my partner is getting hurt I can:
1. Be awake and cognizant and ready to respond
2. Run to the fight ... we're talking a quarter mile to a half mile.
3. When you arrive, be able to fight without getting winded before the prisoner.
4. Grab a camera to record the UOF (Nobody grbs th camera due to a fear of paperwork. Often, the camera operator has to articluate everything they see.)
5. Write a decent comprehensible report afterwords that would be substantiated in a court of law.
5. Not claim they were injured during their 20 yard jog, camera grab and operation.(Claiming they are injured ag=fter holdong and operating a camera for more than an hour. Youknow, shoulder injuries....lazy.)
Yeah. TDCJ is a joke. Just ask a BOSS what "pencil whipping" a count means. Or what a "pillow" is. You'd be surprised. ANd these people will ocntinue to work there for years.
Hard working COs get into trouble for rocking the boat. Lazy ones are highly praised for sitting in their butts.
When female sluts get the uniform, they act dignified and important---even after being fucked by a different man on a different night in a control picket. Panties left behind in the floorboards. Yeah, just ask.
If this interests you, apply today!! Insurance! Decent pay!! Get fucked, do drugs!! Hell, earn money on the side by bringing contraband to prisoners. Maybe you'll find your life partner in a white unifrom!!! They threaten you with two years state jail felony if you molest a har,mless adult...but they never enforce it!!!!
Don't worry if you pull a night shift, there are a couple things you can do to compensate.
1. File an unfounded complaint against a member of the opposite sex.
2. Start an illicit relationship with a supervisor...Captain or above.
3. Sleep all night then go to your day job.
It all works out in the end. Unitl you get Nagle killed.

Firstly, this blog was not encouraging anyone to do anyhting illegal. It's a jab at current TDCJ standards.

1. Pillow: Toliet paper roll. Often used by COs as a pillow while they sleep on the floor of control pickets.
2. Pencil whipping: Not actaully counting prisoners. Just rewriting counts so they don't actually have to work.

i recently wrote on another beeville topix that i had a girlfriend that used to be a prison guard in the huntsville area....she only lasted a year there.....she told me it was no place for a lady to work at....the prisoners would touch her breasts, grab her behind and crotch and would threaten her and her family if she put them on report....they told her gang members on the outside would take orders from gang members in the inside to take retalition on anyone they were ordered to wipe out....she told me some female guards would sneak somewhere with a prisoner and have intercourse, give them a hand job or oral sex....she told me male guards would keep an eye out for supervisors and let the female guard and prisoner have sex.....now im curious people....does anyone out here know if this is happening in our prisons....is this a common practice....do female guards just pick out a prisoner they find attractive and offer them sex...my lady friend swore this was a fact of life.....what do you think people....tell me what you know please

i was recently release after serving my time in the tex prisons,,,,i did time in beeville and the huntsville area....due to reliation i will not tell you what units or release date.....this is what i know about female correctional officers....i did see sex going on between female c.o.'s and prisoners and male c.o.'s.....i myself saw this nine times and would hear of sex going on by other prisoners....even one guard told me he had sex with several female c.o.'s....he would point out one and tell me about the details of the sex act and the same with other prisoners....they would tell us how good or how bad she was....i also was put on report for touching the rear of a female c.o.....i really think most of the female c.o.'s are lesbians or ac/dc....i really think that no decent girl would work as a female c.o....unless she enjoys all the abuse and sex going on....so guys if you have a wife, a girlfriend, a daughter or sister i tell you this....you are a pendejo for letting her work there unless husbands or boyfriends you enjoy sloopy seconds....y esto es la pura neta carnal....that means that is the whole truth brother

I believe what that convict is saying. I'd say about 10-25 percent of females get torn up by convicts. 50 - 75 percent love to see all that dick. That percentage of females either flirts excessivley to the point where they go home so wet, they practically piss the bed during sex, or they attempt to dominate prisoners to the point of humiliation on the prisoner's behalf. Most of the women that work there are really wierd.

There is a small percentage of hard working respectable females.

If that chick was getting felt up and didn't report it, something was very wrong. Let me ask you this: did you date her before she was a boss? I've known a lot of bosses and her stroy sounds like BS. She knew a little too much about the illicit sex acts. I believe she was heavily involved in the acts.

Trust me, there is some shit officers let prisoners get away with, and that's not one thing they'll let happen unless they want it to. She was either terminated because she got poppedhaving relations or she was being investigated. A lot of female officers that suspect they are being watched will quit out of the blue, then make up a bogus story as to why they quit. That particular girl that was in Huntsville sounds like she's lying. She was involved with a con or two, trust me, buddy. Ask the con, he'll affirm what I said. Or not. He'd know better than me at any rate and at least set the record straight.

hello MR NICE....i have my favorite cousin in prison there in BEEVILLE....i was just checking out what the town was like....i found this web site and saw your write up....i am too embarrased to ask my cousin about this subject....so may i ask you sir what goes on in those prisons....where does the sex go on? day or night or both? in the shower area? restrooms? thru the cell bars? in closets? i thought they have cameras thru out the prison! as you can tell i have never been to jail or prison and i was just wondering! if anyone else could give me more info about this i sure would like to know.

i have a brother there at the prison in beeville....he has told me he has had sex with two BOSS females....he pointed to a BOSS lady with in sight and told me he had nailed her....i asked him if he wasn't afraid of aids....he informed me that the BOSS ladies aways carry condoms....just in case somthing comes up and they can find a safe place to have the sex act....sometimes if they find a young, handsome prisoner they give it away for free he told me....sometimes they charge a fee....they get the prisoner to tell their family to send them a money order....the prisoner tells their family when they visit or in letters that are coded....most of the BOSS ladies are lesbians but when they need money they resort to selling sexual favors or when they see a handsome stud they get the urge to go all the way....but rest assure there is sex going on....with the gay population and the BOSS ladies

There are alot of CO's that are what we call "SCRUBS" and then there are alot of us that do there job. I am one that gets in trouble for doing my job and i am also one that gets speared at and threatened all the time cuz i do not allow these dumb F**** to do what they want. I hate to see when ppl judge us all according to the few that are screwing it up for the rest that do our job. I love to see the stupid lil kids that come in thinking that they can do this job and then get put in there place by others or they get walked off cuz they are to gulible and get conned by these stup[id ppl that get locked up. I DO NOT MIND WATCHING THESE LIL KIDS AND GROWN ADULTS GET WALKED OFF. I think that everyone is intitled to there opinion but let me tell you this much. I DONT ALLOW THESE F**** TO DO WHAT THEY WANT. But everyone that talks trash about CO's they are mad cuz most of them have family that works for the state and enjoying the money that their family brings in and they dont complain about it on the first of the month every month. So yeah there are a few S**** that give us the bad rep but there are a few that do their job such as MYSELF. TDCJ screws up by hiring kids straight out of high school and the ones that are fat and lazy i think that they should be more strict about the hiring process. So all those that judge all of the CO'S by one f*** up they need to try to listen to the ones that are doing their job.

I'm sure you are a dedicated correctional officer sir and so are the majority but i'm sure there's a few bad apples just like anywhere else.....now let me ask you this....is it true that most female correctional officers are lesbians and do some have sex with the prisoners as has been reported.....have you seen this there in Beeville or at least heard about it...i mean several ex cons have reported this going on...so please let us hear from a male correctional officer....and thank you for your service and dedication to your job!

I did time in a prison in Beeville and i saw a lot of "hankie pankie" between Boss Ladies and inmates. They would touch their boobs and butts and some inmates would get written up and some would slide. I think I knew that Boss Lady you talked about. She is really AC/DC[like most of the other Boss Ladies]. I know for a fact she has been laid by several inmates. I once grabbed her butt and she just gave me a warning that she would write me up if it happened again!
