i used to live there the weather is nice. there are some parks (if you have kids) the schools are NOT the greatest(again if you have kids) its a small town so believe me when i say word get around..FAST i would say the "nicer" houses are by the high school, and on around Adams st. and of course when you start to head out of town they are cute country homes. their are some bars that are OK to visit (but i dont drink so i wouldn't know) some people are nice and some arent i just always tried to mind my biusness...their are ALOT of drugs in that town (just my own opnion) hopes this helps

Corpus christi is near, so go and enjoy the beaches and salt water fishing. San Antonio is also nearby and is a great place to visit; don't miss going to the river walk! There are many good places to eat; several night clubs to party! The Texas Grand is a great dance place! Beeville has a new movie house also with the latest movies! Beeville has "Western Week" and that is always great fun! There is crime but then again there is crime in evert city! There are many churches to join and worship! There is a new Super Walmart also and they have a great small college! I am sure you will love living in Beeville! I lived there for several years and loved it and the people are very friendly! So welcome to Beeville and thank God you are living there because Beeville is one great small town! Even when I live far away, Beeville is always in my heart! Enjoy!

Hey, Beeville is the best small town in Texas! I used to live there and loved it! I loved going to the new HEB food store, breakfast taquitos at the Pantry, the Texas Grand Dance Hall, the new movie house, the new Super Walmart, the college-Coastal Bend Regional College, the 19th Hole, all the events at the Bee County Coliseum[like Western Week],going to nearby Corpus Christi to the beach, going to nearby San Antonio and the river walk there! So get ready to fall in love with Beeville and what it offers you plus some good people[it does have a few bad apples but that is to be expected]! Consider yourself lucky to now be living there-the best small town in Texas!

i think you'll enjoy beeville, it's a small town with lots of friendly people. unfortunately there is a few bad apples, but bad people hang out with bad people and bad things happen to people who like hanging out with bad people. enjoy the great barbecue, great high school football games, festivals, farmers markets, and best of all the occasional rush hour (5 cars) in downtown during lunch!

There are two cultures in Beeville that just do not mix.....white and brown and a few blacks here and there.....there is discrimination from whites toward Mexicans[as the whites call anybody that is of brown skin] and black people.....but that is to be expected because after all this is Texas.....so if you are white, you may not like Beeville because of the large population of "Mexicans" and if you are "Mexican" you and your family can expect to be discriminated against by the white population.....other than that Beeville is not a bad place to live!

Beeville is the best little city in the world.....sure, there is discrimination against hispanics and blacks but this is Texas and we just learn to live with it.....I once was send to the First Baptist Church on an errand for my employer and it was on a Sunday while the service was about to start.....I walked in and the usher looked me up and down and his look told me I was not welcome there.....I told him I was on an errand and then he seem glad that I hadn't gone there for church services since I am hispanic.....incidents like that happen everyday to hispanics in Beeville.....but the hispanic population is friendly toward you.....I moved there and was always treated as having been born there.....Beeville is just one great small town over all!

I can tell you without a doubt, and with complete confidence and evidence...Beeville is one of the dirtiest, crooked little rat holes in texas. From the crooked former sheriff Bob Horn and his idiot side-kick Eddie Hons to the crooded former police cheif Joe Salinas. I could write a book, but nobody would believe it... A good investigative reporter could make a himself a career out of the crap in this little town.
