I'm trying to figure out where they served the notice of hearing on the homeless person????

These are the people that stand on the corners and panhandle. These are the people that hold their signs to sucker us into giving them money. These are the people that this town has been supporting for years with dollar bills handed out of car windows.

Well I guess by not appearing or being picked up for being on property they shouldn't be on works out pretty good for them. They get arrested and then get to have a warm place to stay and meals and WE PAY FOR IT..I wonder how many homeless really are? Easy way to make a buck, standing on a corner - most people have a heart and donate. Then some know what's going on and drive on by.

There was a story a few years back in Las Vegas, Nevada where a homeless woman was making $45,000 a year tax free by panhandling.

She was making more than I was at the time and I thought "wow, maybe I can work during the day and pandhandle for a few hours each night" - but the No Showering Rule bothered me...lol

I don't know the stories of each of these people, but I work hard for my money and I'll be darned if I just hand it out, to just anyone.

On another note in the same vein. The guy that had the black dog that always wore a bandana, she passed away a month or so ago. In case anyone wonders where she is.
