Does anyone know how much Pine tree Country club pays the City of Irondale for the use of the teenis courts at the old Mountainbrook swim and tennis? Is the club house in use or for sale? I don't see a forsale sign on it but thought it was. I don't see the financial records posted past 2004 on the city's web site and wondered if we were coming close to the monthly cost.Irondale is such a beautiful piece of small town USA but we need to function at a better bussiness level to bring in young professionals so we don't go belly up or get gobbled up like Cahaba Heights did. We need to clean up our town .
