I think you missed the point. This kid has some serious issues. He whacked a person with a golf club, which, when used inappropriately, could be considered a deadly weapon...Remember Martha Moxley... Additonally, pedestrians have the right of way...read your drivers manual..and since when is fifty-eight old??

Had the victim been a wee bit older, the boy could be facing 20 years in prison like the woman from bridgeport who assaulted an elderly person. Seems he got off pretty easy... lesson learned?

He should lose his drivers license for at least a year. Then he might discover what it's like to evade angry drivers like himself.
