Once again it's proven that if you want to kill someone, do it with your vehicle. This is pathetic.

You know nothing about the case except that he failed to stop at an intersection. From the article you don't know if it was a stop sign or a light. You don't even know what time of day or what the condition of the road was. Unbelievable! lol

paul-

so if you kill someone running a stop sign it's different than running a stoplight? good thinking there.

btw, he was drunk, it was 1:30am... 90 days is a joke.

"Penn will be prohibited from driving for up to 10 years" As if that will actually stop him from driving. There are a lot of people out there driving with a suspended or revolked license. Jail or prison would prevent him from driving. What a crock.

The family of the deceased asked the judge that he not send the driver to prison.

I would think a life is worth more than 90 days. We need to rethink our sentencing guidelines. Why is this any different than randomly shooting a gun? This country has been, and always will be, soft on drunk drivers.

"Penn will be prohibited from driving for up to 10 years."

Please report if you see or know that this POS is driving again!

Do the public a service, because the courts and legal system is
not going to lock this MURDERER away.!!!!!

I think what this person did is terrible. He has been convicted and sentenced for his crime. He was not convicted of murder.

I think its an absolutely mockery of the law when all the widow has to say is that she is "willing to try to forgive you" and the stupid judge is lenient on the murderer. He KILLED a man and he gets 3 months! That's outrageous. If that were my husband I'd be screaming at that judge. He should uphold the law and give him what he deserves. Oh and the not driving for up to 10 years, that is a total crock. He'll be driving 1 month after he gets out of that jail, just illegally.

The guy got the same sentence as the big shot pro football player got in Florida, actually more. Where was the outrage over that? Another note, rush limbaugh was caught with enough quantity of pills that I would have done life. He didn't get any time. I think it's great that common people are finally going to get treated like the elite.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Leo

Be choosy about who you spend time with today. If you're with someone who's habitually miserable or sorry for themselves, you'll soon be dragged down to their level and will struggle to recover again. However, you may feel such sympathy for their plight that you don't see you have any choice but to be with them. If so, do your best to remain positive.
