In southern Montgomery County, just beyond the Warren County border, construction could start in 2009 on a $48 million interchange at Austin Road/Miamisburg-Springboro Road.

I am so over joyed to see more construction in the south Dayton area. Here's an idea for urban mayors like Rhine McClin in Dayton, just have every vacant property plowed over and re-grow the land with nice beautiful woodlands, and then maybe the rich white people developers will come back and tear it all down and build in your city...
