Cabinet View Golf Course Exposure

I just thought EPA Mike Cirian ignorant statement to the public on TV stating,as long as the soil stays watered and the wind don't blow,no worry.Man I can't believe this guy has a job overseeing anything in Libby.I guess that is why Libby keeps lieing and the people keep dying.And who the hell cares.ALL you people who played golf at this course,YOU were exposed to deadly levels of Tremolite asbestos.And this was known in 2002 by EPA and in 2007, EPA told you people that the 9 holes were contaminated.They even mentioned a concern for the employees who mow and rake the asbestos to release the fibers into the air so you all can get a piece of Libby death.Well,just to set this record straight as the EPA does nothing but lie to all you sheeple and you fall for it.Unreal.What is unreal is NOW we shall see, how many golfers over the years have gotten asbestosis or one of the other cancers THIS TREMOLITE asbestos causes.This golf course is full of this asbestos.Not just the tee and greens.When I worked their and my wife worked their for 5 years, when we ariated the tee and greens,the plugs taken(asbestos)where spread all over the course.We used it to fill in holes and bald spots.NOT to mention the exposure to me and my wife.Now Bob,AGAIN, the asbestos lands on you,when the wind blows and the soil is dry,all of you will/are dusted and now I know it is too late to save those grandkids...You can live with that Bob.I do hope no one sues the Golf Course becuz as soon as my wife gets diagnosed, guess who is in the Golf Business??? I'll/She'll shut the place down.Never to expose again to kill.So now what....Bob???HUH!!!

... But at the end of the day we get a new golf course. Im cool with that. Along with the new back nine its a hell of a course. I do worry that you think you would end up in the "golf course Biz". You would screw it up just like everything else in your life that you have touched.

Mike: It was with great interest to read your letter to the editor in the Missouilian today (Oct 14th). You dont get to see that kind of miss information that often , but its great when it shows up. After reading the letter Im still perplexed - where in Missoula is the Cabinet View Golf course? We have one here in Libby - but as you know thats all,(like the rest of the town), cleaned up. I would encourage you to read your own letters and be clear on what you are trying to say. Several of your past letters and post make no sense at all...

Well you got one thing right -- I do live in Libby. Now the question becomes do you believe a ranting nut from Virginia, or someone who is living in Libby? Let me start by saying Libby is a safe and successful community in Northwest Montana. WE have been getting cleaned up by the EPA for the past 8 years. The process is just about done. I would encourage anyone to visit Libby. We have family and friends from all over the county coming to our part of Montana to visit all the time. I dont believe the comments of Mike Crill represent the positive things that are going on in Libby. Its unfortunate that someone who does not even live here has so much hate for one community that is just trying to recover. In the future you need to find out for your self. Do you rely on the postings of an outsider who apparently hates in his heart Libby, or someone who lives here everyday.
