Concerned or not concerned, this is a worldwide trend. The Nokia plant is closing down her operations in Bochum, Germany to Romania for the same reason - cheaper labor cost.

Chamco is being opereated by a group in Parsippany NJ that has been scamming people and companies for DECADES. It is currently called Capital Corp Inc. Last year it was Capital Corporation of America. The year before that it was First Cap. Before that it was Return on Capital (ROCC) and before that it was Return on Equity (ROE). It is run by two guys named E. Michael Daspin, a convicted felon, and Ron Stella. Their handiwork can be found on Ripoff Report. It is very hard to keep track of them becasue of the constant name changes.

The lawsuits against Daspin and Stella and Pollack are posted on www.chamcoautomotive.com . It seems the professionals at Chamco like Berline and Saleen and Del Franco took control and are cleaning up the company. As for Berline, sooner or later cars are coming in from China, and can't blame Berline for trying to replace the lost business.

Capital Corp is now recruiting "partners" for DENTAMACH, a dental laboratory start-up business. Partners are required to pay a substantial buy-in fee to secure a job with the company, and pre-IPO stock units. They claim their business model is to sell lower priced dental prosthetics. Their business approach appears highly consistent with their previous "scams" listed on the Ripoff Report.

stella and daspin i met with in september. their math was very fuzzy and i ran fast to get away. when i read about their issues, it made sense. too bad, concept is strong and i would love to work for the company but they scared the crap out of me. no focus and little experience with cars. all fuzzy math.

I dealt with these guys several years ago and find it hard to believe they are still around. STAY AWAY.

Mike Daspin is a devious white collar criminal and salesman who devises complicated schemes to entice good people to invest in his corrupt and fraudulent schemes. He is a convicted felon who hides behind both innocent and corrupt individuals alike depending on circumstance. His ultimate goal is to merge legitimate investors with legitimate business owners in forming a new company of which he and wife then rip off the checking account of the newly formed entity. When the smoke clears, the money and business is gone with the investors and partners wondering what happened. Unfortunately, Michael Daspin is clever enough to have an elaborate contract that protects him from paying the money back and allows his cronies to sign checks. The clever fraud is behind the scenes whereas the hidden shell companies he creates outside the company to pay himself head hunter commissions, load fees and outlandish consultant retainers. Its a lesson in devious white collar crime. Soon enough he will be behind bars. BEWARE!

Sorry "mike", obviously you are the same E. Michael Daspin who is the subject of these comments. These people know you and know you well. My brother worked at Chamco or as we call it Scamco and these people posting don't know the half of the sleazy business that went on there. Daspin belongs in jail. Period.

How soon can we get this criminal in jail? I've never seen anyone so sleazy get away with the fraud he commits and then gets support from the courts. He's ruined lives, families and careers. He must be stopped immediately.

Ican't believe Daspin is still around. How about Mike Haber, is he still with you Mr. Daspin. I was one of the early rip offs at VCT. Boy what a bunch of crooks.

Eventually Daspin will meet up with someone who knows how to handle crocks like himself. The man didn't even care when his child died. He was on the phone making another scam. That's a fact.

I remember when he tried to scam my business several years back. He sat in my conference room all puffed up and full of himself. What a jackass.
He devises contracts that are so full of obfuscation and mumble jumbo even Faust wouldn't sign it. He actually went over to Africa and tried to scam the war criminal Charles Taylor who is now on trial for murdering hundreds of thousands of people in Liberia for oil and diamond contracts.
Too bad Taylor didn't make a meal of this vermin.
I am sure he reads about himself since he is such a narcissistic egomaniac he made sure his own bizarre website comes up on a Google search of his name.
Daspin, all the money you made stealing from innocent business people is on you're soul. How long do you think you have left on this earth 10, 20 more years? Repent before it's too late you are in a state of grave sin. Take the money you stole and give it to the poor.

I think Mike Daspen should be jailed. He is still the
mastermind behind stealing from good honest, hardworking
people. He sells them a "pipe dream"; puts them into
promiseland. he tells you, he, and the wonderful staff /salesman he hires are going to help take all your
laboratories problems away. Then once you sign the contract; they rob you blind.
