Blairsville dentist's widow denies killing role

This was a great piece of fiction on Michele's part! How does she come up with this stuff? When you read the 14 page response its like one of the great fiction novels of our time. She paints a great picture, but the truth will prevail! Too many people know the truth for her to hide behind her lawyer. That poor guy has no idea who/what he is dealing with!

just to read that should let even people in Mexico understand that this woman HAD to have SOMETHING to do with the murder. Whether it be telling her "boyfriend" to do it, doing it herself, or knowing that it was going to happen, she still had to have something to do with it. Its too suspicious.

If she admits to it, then she has to give back all the money. It ain't going to happen!

The funny thing about all of this is Michelle is being sued by the ESTATE of John Yelenic A.K.A. her son's inheritance. So, if the Estate wins, Michelle loses her money and if she wins, her son loses his inheritance. Either way, Michelle is losing money! Considering John was murdered for his money and that is all this woman cares about, I find that to be poetic justice.

They are all over the internet now. All you have to do is look at some of those stories and she is on there. She is the one with the oily geri curl hair and the painfully white teeth (which by the way, John paid for).

Bad mouthing her looks is not very becoming of you. . . . The picture is not bad at all.

So you mean John married an ugly girl with a big nose , ugly teeth , ect. ect.? She looks the same as she did pre-john . Not much has changed. But if you feel better giving John credit for her looks... then knock yourself out.

i think bad mouthin and knows are the same people and i think its a michelle supporter.

she must have been good in we will leave it at that. why is she smiling and why are they calling her a widow? if i lived with someone else i know that i would know everything he did-so strange.

What about JJ? He doesn't deserve to lost his inheritance, and he sure as hell should not be in the custody of Michele.

You make a good point, however, would John's son even see any of that money? Michele would do everything she could to make sure that money was hers, not Jay Jay's.

Well, I don't believe he would be eligible for it until he is 18, unless it was set up in a trust, which would have someone appointed, most likely not Michele to alot him money over the years as they so approve. However, you can bet by the time JJ is 18, has no recollection on his own of John that Michele will have filled his head with horrible lies and stories and he would be more than happy to share his money with her. It makes me sick to think of that poor child being with her.

Michele is going to be the star witness for the AG. Her testimony will put Foley away and close the door on her being an accomplice. Then she gets the cash.

Do you really think Foley is going to let that happen? The only reason he hasn't turned on her is he thinks he has a decent chance of getting off. If she testify's against him, he will turn on her, especially with her having custody of his son. He won't let her ride off into the sunset with the cash, his kid and a new guy. He may have been fooled once by her, but I don't think he is that dumb.
