Kimberly Horne from Iwisper arrested

I heard this girl had over 19 felony charges of stealing customers credit card numbers and buying things, card numbers which she got from the customers of Iwisper does anyone know the details? Please enlighten me.

I think Leggett knows her pretty good or that's what I hear.He probably deepended her,I mean defended her,I hear they have late Sunday night sessions talking about her case.

wow.. what kind of Judge is Judge Leggett? Never heard of him. Is he the one that got appointed Judge when Judge Broyles passed?

Kimberly Horne is out on parole. She has been in prison for drugs, she has had her kids taken away from her and was on felony probation. I wonder why Mr. No Nutts is hanging out with her, she can't vote for him lol... She worked at I wisper and I heard she stole the clients credit card numbers. I wonder if it's even true. I see someone made a discussion board about her lol

Has Judge Leggett ever called me? No I have never spoken to him on the telephone regarding anything. I am upset with Judge Leggett because of a warrant hearing I applied for against my son's Father's wife last year. She was sending me emails, telephone calls, voices messages and showing up at my home harassing me.

I had all the proper evidence to have her arrested. I even traced the IP address and located the longitude and latitude of where the emails originated from. I had telephone records and voice recordings. She had threatened to kill my son who was at the time one years old. The magistrate court, is the People's Court and he totally went against any rulings that the court stood for. He treated the case if we were in the Superior Court, with the attitude, "shadow of a doubt". I had everything all of my evidence and he simply just told her to stop calling me. I am talking about I had years of evidence of her harassment.

She even showed up with a three ring binder of pictures of me and my son where she had followed me around, stalked my facebook and myspace accounts and had pictures of me leaving work, going to work and admitted she did all these things. I felt like I was violated all over again. I also felt like the system failed me.

I lost respect for him that day and I have had hard feelings from every since. I don't understand why he let her get away with the continued harassment. I just don't understand why he ruled the way he did when the Magistrate Court system is ruled by the preponderance of evidence. Which means, In a civil case, the plaintiff has the burden of proving the facts and claims asserted in the complaint. If the respondent, or defendant, files a counterclaim, the respondent will have the burden of proving that claim. When a party has the Burden of Proof, the party must present, through testimony and exhibits, enough evidence to support the claim. The amount of evidence required varies from claim to claim. For most civil claims, there are two different evidentiary standards: preponderance of the evidence, and clear and convincing evidence. A third standard, proof Beyond a Reasonable Doubt, is used in criminal cases and very few civil cases.

I did so and the system failed me. From that day forward, I had no respect or use for him. The ruling wasn't right, it wasn't fair nor was it the right way by law. On his other rulings for other cases, I have no knowledge of had he ruled or what he ruled on. I just know that he legally blindsided me and failed me as a Citizen of this county and violated my rights. It's a sad situation and I had even sited case law and statues. I was fully prepared and it was all for nothing.

Kimberly Horne is still in jail, I heard her family won't bail her out. Look her up on the sheriff's departments site. Her bond is $13,500 that is if she can get bond with all the other charges.

I am wondering what she did for her to get all those forgery charges.I don't understand people. It's really a very sad situation. Very sad.

I heard stole credit card numbers from her employer. 1 count for every persons card. Crazy people. Lol
