Just my opinion but does this not seem like A LOT of vicious crimes this man committed and was on house arrest? Just doesn't seem fair that he was not locked up and being watched for those list of charges.

When these dangerous repeat criminals commit more and more crimes (as they always do), it's a shame that we cannot hold responsible the people who let them back out on the streets in the first place. If that were possible, these people would not be repeat criminals. It's mind boggling that people like this or free to walk around!

This idiot was dumb enough to visit his house this week.Until two days ago, I had no idea that he was capable of violence.Apparently, due to the domestic violence order, his family probably turned him in.I was checking to see if he had been caught again and found this report.

hopefully no one will bail him out this time, House arrest for attempted murder - this just makes no sense, and knowing for a fact this wasn't the first time he had commited this kind of crime. our law enforcement and judicial system needs a lot of work.

Charles called a family member and ask them to call sheriffs dept.and have them come get him he was turning himself in. The call was made,he stayed there and waited on officers to come, and went without incident. If he was as bad as some are making him out to be,why did he turn himself in,he could have went out and killed someone while he was on the run?
