I think we should have a website that is advertised everywhere and have dead beat parents listed on it so that even employers and perspective employers could check the list and then these scum bags could be known and would be forced into either paying for their kids or live in contiuos ridicule and humiliation.
Employers, think about the children, not your pocket books. I think that employers that lie for their employees so they will not have to garnish wages and possible lose an employee should receive an even hasher punishment or at least equal and they should have to compensate the child for not only the money but for the pain and suffering the child goes thru because of the dead beat parents. I have a daughter that works for vinal design and they lied for her saying she did not work there when she did.I wish i could afford to advertise for vinal design in sacramento, ca. because i would tell the world how they helped a dead beat mother keep her money hidden from child support so she could support her lazy, unemployed fat over fed weasel of a human boyfriend. yes, my daughter supports a man but will not support her own son! Please, if you have the means to do so, put it on TV, show sacramento that we harness dead beat parents here!

Also Robert henry, he worked for a security company and he is worse than the mother, he has never given one dime in support that i am aware of. I will find his employers out as well and will place posts on every forum and classifieds i can locate to let sacramento know that we have dead beat parents among us that are bragging about their wages yet give no support to their son.
I hope he gets his just reward!, thats Robert henry, maybe goes by robert bishop when using an employer to hide his earnings.
Employers beware, if i find you out, i will document and turn your rechard heartless ass in!

Just try to get CSS of California to do their job! They have the the proper software in place to collect on accounts, paychecks, etc., but all a deadbeat needs to do is work under the table and live with Mommy. He is $65K+ in the arrears and his whereabouts has been known for years! I have been on this case without a rest. If you never collected welfare, there is no justice for you. They simply refuse to do anything that will make an impact. Even with a warrant out for his arrest, CA says they are too busy to touch him and they are after serious murder/abuse cases. So don't get your hopes up folks. When deadbeat is served to appear in court and they don't show, absolutely NOTHING happens. I have given up on the false promises listed in CSS of CA literature. It's simply untrue. I have gone the private route where I know I will see results. It's high time to make things right. It's just too bad CA can't help.

After hearing these comments we have come to the conclusion that we will not let this little weasel get away with it. He is not smart enough to cover his tracks and I think that I will be able to smoke him out into the open so he will be exposed as he really is! I would like to start a service to help parents and grandparents to collect from these dead beats. If we can find them we can absolutely make their life so miserable they will gladly pay something to get the pressure off!
Any ideas? Lets get something going on this so we can help each other.

My ex husband owes me over a $100,000 dollors and every time i hand information to the child support they do nothing. I get told go to Texas and find him, Now where and how am i going to do that? I get told they dont have the resorses to do that, because im not on public asistance.I fill they have a show on TV called, AMERICAS MOST WANTED. They should make DEAD BEAT PARENTS MOST WANTED. I fill if they cant pay their child support they have no RIGHTS at all!!!! I think they would have alot of parents willing to pay theire child support then.Ive been waiting 12years and nothing. I want my money.

Bottom line, counties dont give a shit about collecting since they don't see any of it. Our tax dollars pay to keep these folks employed, however, there isn't any incentive to track the bastards down. My husband has a deadbeat ex-wife/mother who owes him over $30K for his two children that have been living with us for more than 10 years. Jumps jobs, hides, she's a total losers. Even her children dont know where she lives. I'm up for a website to check for deadbeats, great idea. Seems like we would need some proof of their deadbeat status and then yes, smear their lowlife asses all over the internet!

I'm a father with only 30 days left on child support. I started the case is Shasta County which took 10 months to go through the process.
Before I go further, I have to say Child Support treated me fairly, with respect and understanding.

The Court and Mediators Office was different. The Mediator was attacking. The Court Commissioner set an amount that child support called an injustice. She moved up to be a Judge and Commissioner Gibson seems like an intelligent, and fair Judge. Wish he would have come around sooner.

Isn't there a database you can look up if someone owes support? I don't want to get involved with another jerk.

My ex-wife is currently $293,800. in arrears. I recently filed for help from the local Child Support Services Office in Fresno, and she immediately filed for custody of the children (they have lived with me as the custodial parent for more than 8 years now)...At the recent hearing in Los Angeles, the court simply told my ex (who has never paid court-ordered support), "you know it is your duty to help financially provide for your children, mamm." To which, she responded. "Yes." Period. Done. Over. That was the extent of it. Wow.

Daily Horoscope for January 3

Aries

There is a strong focus on career and parental matters today. You need to be cautious regarding your dealings with someone in authority - things may not be what they seem. This is also a good day to spend time with your partner. Communication in general should prove to be smoother sailing than usual so this would be an opportune time to discuss delicate matters with others. Good news in the evening is indicated.
