Such a nice town Aiken is, why do you people fight each other? If sheriff is not good, vote him out of office since you live in a democracy.

We heard Sheriff Mike Hunt's wife was a crack head and got set to rehab. The sheriff needs to get the price of crack down like he did with his water bill.

Good one, Claude. I always liek to think of somebody on meth at a "Dead Battery" the way meth just sucks the life out of a user.

The Meth started out west and worked its way east. I lived in the Midwest a few years ago when it was at its high point out there. It is like a relentless pack of roaches that once its established, takes over a building until you eventually have to set it on fire and start all over again. Trust me, law enforcement needs to stay on top of this before it spreads. Also, remember, Meth is not only a "Dead Battery" drug, its an equal opportunity drug; no matter what race, color, creed, or socio-econimic class one is in, one time is all it takes with that crap.

When a house is used to cook meth, it pretty much needs to be torn down. The vapors and fumes from that stuff permeate and soak the drywall, wood, carpet, everything and it cannot be cleaned out. It will cause severe health problems for a long time.
