I hope they throw the book at these pigs!! Makes me sick! They should starve them for a week or so, soak them in cold water and lock them in a freezer and let em die the way the helpless cats did!!

Agreed, but please don't compare these monsters to pigs. Pigs are nice animals, but monsters like these criminals are just monsters and deemed innocent until proven guilty.

Gotta wonder about the US Constitution....

There's a clause about cruel and unusual punishment, but nothing about a cruel and unusual crimes....

These monsters created such a crime, then compounded it by another. Druggies!

Mercy for these monsters? Give them the same they did to animals. Starve them, then lock them in a freezer for a while to hold them up as an example of what happens to drugged up monsters.

But, the liberals will cry and ask for them to be rehabbed. There is, most likely, no rehab for what these monsters did to innocents! I base this thought on my experience, as a professional in the mental health field.

Hopefully all have seen the picture of her. Disgusting with her Mona Lisa type of smile!

I'm not judgmental, merely disgusted about the way drugged-up criminals get away with crime by the "do gooders" a la Karen Quinlen and other victims.

My thought is that if people make the choice to be druggies and commit crimes, add the fact they broke more than one law and hold them accountable and answerable for their actions and let them take the rational and ethical consequences for their actions.

Wow. Get caught with a pot pipe and the cops can get a warrant to search your home and business? Is Schuylkill County still part of the U.S.?

I don't understand how getting caught with a pot pipe leads to a raid of the home?????????? At least the rest of the cats are being helped. That's good to hear

'Caught' with a pipe? It's a good thing they were caught, otherwise, the police wouldn't have had a reason to look further for more drugs. Usually the problems extend well beyond "the pipe", which is why the cops don't stop at the front door and say please give us your pipes. Maybe they knew nothing about the drugs, but were going there to save the cats, on a tip? Also...was the cat sanctuary really that, or did they sell the cats to labs for experiments to pay for the drugs? Yes...that happens when there are selfish monsters such as these two.

I've been assured by someone very close to me in the lab animal business that nowadays it is highly unlikely that any animal used for research purposes comes from anywhere other than licensed breeders who breed for such a purpose only. I was relieved to hear that those animals kept at "Cats With No Names" sanctuary weren't sold for lab experiments, as far as we know.
I detest using any animal for cruel and inhumane research, but that is another matter.
As far as being busted and having cops enter your home, it was not just a matter of finding a pipe on some guy. Andy Oxenrider has an extensive rap sheet. He attempted to bribe a police officer after a traffic violation, therefore giving cause to said police officer to search his vehicle. I am told drugs were found on both Oxenrider and Virginia Justiniano. I'm not sure whether this discovery led to a search warrant for the motel room where they were staying, and ultimately their home, or if one of those arrested told the police about the animals.
It doesn't matter to me. I am glad that police officer did what he did or all of those dying animals would be dead also. Thank you, Officer Resue, you are a true hero.
