I want a a SoS who cares about Election Integrity and Photo ID. How is it legal in this country, that all you have to do is say, "I'm John Doe" and then you get to vote? You have to have a license to buy liquor, drive, and to cash checks?1 But not to vote? It's asinine.

Mark Ritchie did a good job in the recount, made voting absentee much easier and clearer, and makes every effort to remove barriers that prevent eligible voters from voting.

Mark Ritchie has ruined Minnesota's great reputation with his connections to ACORN. Voter fraud cases are still coming in from 2008, and this year BLANK military ballots are being sent overseas. Vote him out!

In 2008 I saw fraud as an election judge, filed a complaint with SOS Mark Ritchie who swept it away. In 2008 we had 44,000 more ballots than votes, Ritchie saw nothing wrong with that. George Soros was behind his election, Soros said so on his site and still is proud of his getting Ritchie elected. Dan Severson actually cares about Minnesotan's and will do the job regardless of party affiliation.

Ritchie refuses to even consider the possibility of ballot fraud. You can't find it if you refuse to look.

You people lie when the truth fits better. And simply repeating the lie doesn't make it true.

Mark Ritchie did an excellent job in US Senate recount. When there are so many unanimous judicial decisions, voters should feel confident that Ritchie was doing things fairly.
Dan Severson is a Republican legislator trying to bring partisanship into the Secretary of State's office ... a bad idea.
You've got that backwards. How is it fair when there are more ballots cast that registered voters and over 23,000 were illegal?

Oh, that's right. Because the guy you voted for won.

silly me.

Were I the site administrator, I would trace your ip, find out who you were and lobby Al Franken to raise your tax rate to 70%.

Time to pay your fair share!

Why does Mark Ritchie oppose Voter ID? Is it because it would reveal the corruption he enabled? Dan Severson supports Voter ID. VOTE SEVERSON NOV. 2ND!
Jim:

You're not from here, so it's no surprise that you don't understand our elections. We don't need Voter ID because we've got something much better. Come to the polls on election day, follow the rules as far as identifying yourself, and you get to vote. Not so with Voter ID.

Like I say, you're from Kansas. You wouldn't know how we do things here. But our system's pretty darn tough to beat...... as was very, very amply demonstrated during the Franken/Coleman recount. Our system got it right.

If you had watched any of the recount, you would have seen that pretty much the only folks whose votes proved to be questionable were people brought to the Court by Coleman's attorneys. I never really understood why they did that. Made no sense. They brought people who intentionally voted twice. They took testamony from a felon who claimed to have voted for Coleman. Why would Coleman's own attorneys brought witnesses like that? Senseless. But what it did do, was show what a great job our election officials do. We got an election in that case that was a least 99.99% accurate.

I promise you if this kind of fraud was benefiting republicans even a little, you have to bring a photo ID, birth certificate, witnesses and an electric bill to the booth.

Liberal democrats in minnesota, especially in Maplewood and the yellow dogs in the Iron Range, don't care about integrity as long as they get their freebie handouts.
