I don't know how the brother still isn't charged in accesory to this. Due to him helping get rid of the weapon and helping his brother.
You would be doing the society a favor if he was charged. His brother has a son that was put in his custody after losing his mother in September of 2007 and the child hasn't attended school since and stays with whom ever he wishes to. He needs counsling after losing his mother and yet his father continues to drink up the SS check he gets on his son and neglects his son. C.P.S has been notified several times with no prevail and the schools won't listen. If someone don't stop this cycle with his father who knows what he may do in the future. His brother should be charges as well as any others whom had knowledge of this information. They're all guilty
As I said you may read about the step brothers son getting into trouble if someone don't step in to help him before it's too late.
He should be charged in neglect of his son and ss fauld due to him drinking the ss check up each month.
I'm sure if you would like to know more about the step brother's neglect of his son you can contact the grandmother that it seems no one will listen to while she tries to find help for her grandson of her deceased daughter before he ends up learning from them.
