Review: J Z Auto Sales

well I just called the dealership and a female answered (picked up the phone but didn't greet me with anything but silence!?!) I asked if I was calling the correct dealership and she said "yeah". I asked about a specific car I saw on their lot and she asked me to hold and gave the phone to a man who asked how he could help me. I asked about the vehicle and he answered with a very irritated tone to his voice "which one we have two" I asked how much both were and he quoted me a price of 14,900 for two of the same model with very different mileage???? I decided they weren't interested in making a sale so I hung up!!!!

I am really happy with the car I purchased and the people were awesome

This car dealership is ripping people off. The prices of their used cars are more than what the car is worth and they all have high mileage. They do not repair the cars, they sale as it. I saw cars there with no hood ornaments, one headlight instead of two, dents, lots of scratches, some of the cars have no spare tires. All the cars on their lot in Tracy and the two in Manteca have no price tags. So if you ask the price, they can quote you whatever they want. The reason their ad states your job is your credit is because they know people that come to them for a car credit is not that great and they take advantage of the situation. When they run your credit report they only show you one not all three and the one they show you is the lowest score out of the three. The reason is so they can charge you high interest rate on your loan. They can charge you up to 30% interest rate. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from JZ Auto Sales. They are not there to help you but to take you to the cleaners. Buyer BEWARE!

Just reviewed the Better Business Bureau (BBB) report on JZ Auto Sales for Tracy and Manteca. JZ Auto Sales in Tracy grade from BBB is a D! JZ Auto Sales in Manteca received an F! Both failed to resolve contract disputes and car repair. Now do you still want to buy a used car from them!

My son just purchased a vehicle from them and they have jerked him around for nearly 3 weeks and are now telling him to bring the car back.. They have complaints against them and I think someone needs to file suit against them for there shady practice!!!! Thank you for having a forum for people to spell this out so others are not ripped off!!!

DONT BUY FROM THEM

Everyone should contact BBB and file a complaint as well as consumer affairs so they cant do this to anyone else!!!

these guys are nothing but rip-off scammers they dont keep to their word. they breach their contracts they are good @ passing their responsibility to the next guy then the next guy DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS I paid cash for a truck that with in three months stopped running total amount of cash out 19000

to be honest....we have purchased 2 cars from there...one there was no issue what so ever and the other has been nothing but hassels but when ive called to discuss the issues they got on it right away....i wouldnt give them a complete thumbs down but there are definitely some issues they need to work on

I thought I had bought a car from them. They told me who financed it, but that was a lie. They are Scammers. They personally called and told me to lie to the loan company about something on my credit. I will be out side there business with pickets. To stop anyone who is thinking of buying from them. I purchased a car recently at JZ Auto. I saw a mercedes on there lot that I liked. I test drove the car, we negotiated a price, and all was good. Next thing I know the car I wanted was already sold. The sales man pointed out another mercedes on lot, said he would give it to me for the same price. By this time I was exhausted and fustrated, I took the car for a short test drive because the gas was on E. Long story short, we were left with no other choice but to purchase the second mercedes. We wrote out the contract and left the lot with my new car. "This is what you call bate and switch". The car I purchases had way more miles, but little did I know that the car had nothing but problems with it. A few days later, JZ contacted me and said that we have to redo the contract on the car. I went to ther office and we ended up with a $15,500 car instead of the original $13,000, we were suppose to pay. The intrest rate jumped up atleast 10%. He told me that this car had way more options then the original car.(I'm still am looking for the navigation system he told me it had.) They made me feel like they were doing me a favor and no one else would give me a loan. At this point I really needed the car, so I accepted this. In the four months that I had the car, I found out that the brakes were completly shot,(I drove my kids around in this car with no brakes) I had to replace all four tires, the back shocks are leaking,and the front shock has completley went out, every time I go over a bump the sterio cover falls off, the back door lock doesn't work. I have a car payment on a car that is sitting in my driveway because I can't drive it, until I come up with the $1300 I need to fix just one shock. The car dealer only fixed the brake for me because I told him it was illegal for him to let me drive off the lot with no brake pads. They will not stand behind their product and just keep telling me it was an as-is sale. I believe this car was never inspected and My family and I were put in danger with this car. I feel this dealership is selling unsafe and problem vehicles, do not ever buy a car from them!!!!! JZ Auto lies to you, lies to the banks. They get there money while the buyer gets screwed! I am not letting them get away with this. We have to stand up for our consumer rights!( Can you believe he was voted best of tracy, what a joke!)

they are fashow a ripoff and only the man above can deal with them cuzz they are devils.....

hell with jz auto sales. they say there going to call you back they dont. they try to sell you some cars with dents, high mileage,ripped interior and price higher than normal. there just some camel riding stickin loser bastards that came into this country to rob americans. these muther fu.... palenstians are a ripp off buyers be aware of these somes of bit.....
