Should Nancy Polizzi be arrested and stand trial?

Nancy Polizzi should be put away for life. It is unfair that she is raising her boys when David's parents have to live with the fact that she is free and guilty of killing their son. What is wrong with society when a killer is left unpunished? Is it because the district attorney is overworked? Arrest Nancy Polizzi and let a jury decide!

I totally agree with you. Nancy Polizzi should be behind bars. If it wasn't for her, David Owens would be alive today. He would be alive to enjoy life and spend time with his daughter. He had a lot of plans, but now he is dead. Dead because of Nancy Polizzi. Dead because she was humiliated that David had sex with her and than dumped her. Dead because she paid her new lover - and stepson - to kill hem for her. Dead because she provided the motive, means and a reward at the end. Dead because Nancy is an evil selfish woman, perhaps possessed by the devil. David's parents have lost a son, his brothers have lost a best friend and brother, his girlfriend lost her husband to be, his daughter has to go through life without a daddy. Nancy still has her boys and her husband. She has just gone on with life - she must be a sociopath. I know for sure that she is guilty of murder.

I have followed this case from it's inception and have concluded beyond any reasonable doubt that Nancy Polizzi was the mastermind behind the execution of David Owens.Joshua and Frankie were her pawns.She molded their weak minds to do her bidding,and somehow has evaded prosecution.I am confident though that the wheels of justice will
roll on her soon.I also hope she has been reading all the blogs about herself and sweating as she awaits the knock on her door........

I totally agree, she is guilty of first degree murder. There is no doubt in my mind. I'm sure if she faced a jury of her peers, they would find her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Ditto. It is so unfair. Nancy Polizzi should be locked up for the rest of her life OR executed just like she had David Owens executed. I hope she is cringing waiting for that knock on the door. That knock that means the end of her freedom. That knock will mark the day that Nancy Polizzi is arrested and forced to confront the crime she committed -- paying for Joshua and Frankie to kill an innocent 24 year old, just because she felt scorned. What she does not realize is that anyone charged with violating a relative or child is considered the lowest member of the food chain. Do you suppose they could sort of forget her in the showers for ten minutes. Whoooooooo, EEEEEEE!! She will want to be dead! It is hard to kill yourself in prison because they do not allow you anything that is a danger to either another inmate or herself. So maybe another prisoner can make a shank? Read the bible. An eye for an eye. Yes, I am overly upset. She is getting away with murder. I wish I had time on my hands. I have never been on a blog in my life until this happened and as soon as Nasty is convicted, I will never again be on a blog. Do you read what she writes? Also, if you really read what I wrote, I did not wish this on her, but it is a daily event in prison. That it is why most of us are law abiding citizens and keep ourselves out of situations that we could place ourself in a very crazy, underground situation like a federal penitentiary.
