Abel Maldonado is AGAINST the law here in California. Entered the state illegally(it is a state crime). Owes the state over $100,000 in illegal pesticide use. Put him in jail by voting him out of government.

Abel Maldonado paid a fine and back taxes for not paying the unemployment taxes due to the state one time. He owes for another time, same unemployment tax kind of situation. Both times he took the money from his business to pay for political ads. Needs money because only the oil people give him money.

I didn't like Arnold's appointee Abel much and the only choice who can realistically beat a well financed well known Republican is a well financed well liked Demo. I'd like to vote for a slate of more progressive ppl than Dems. But It would be a waste of my vote and only help neoCONS keep the reigns of pwr. Thats that last thing anyone should want. Its bad enough the regressive knuckle draggers have congress again. After what the green party naderites did in Florida in 2000 I don't dare take any chances. Getting stuck in the bushes for 8 long bad years pretty much killed off any ideas I have about voting for any 3rd party.
