"The restaurant launched a new dining concept, including Sunday brunch and expanded lunch hours, and a menu featuring locally raised foods."

Does anyone know when this is starting? Honey Brook needs a nice breakfast place for the weekends. The windmill is not my kind of place and shady maple is not open on sundays. plus its annoying to try to manuever your way through the herds of obese people.

The restaurant has changed names. It is just the "Waynebrook Inn" now. Lew Frame has bought out Dave MacGrogan's shares of the business. The menu is different now too.

The restaurant is now called "Bistro on 10". I was there Friday night and the menu has changed. Mostly seafood and steak now. They still do the brick oven pizza. The quality of the food was the same. The staff is also pretty much the same. The place was pretty crowded too. Only time will tell!!!

I went there the other night, and the BBQ Chicken Pizza is just as good as Grady David's. The service was just a little slower, but I was never there on a Monday night before. I usually went on a Thursday when it was Grady David's. i'll keep going back.

Been once - food was really good, service was disorganized, but pleasant attitudes. Will try again soon.

it is excellent. husband and I have been there several times. the food is great and the choice of beers is never ending. they have real cozy rooms with dim lights. a great place to eat and relax with a drink. going back there this weekend.

This place is a big joke. The draft beer tastes like lines were never cleaned! I took one sip and asked for a bottle instead and explained the taste. The bartender said Ok, we need to charge you for both overpriced beers. I don't care about the extra $$$, its just the point!
I would not recommend this bar \ restaurant. The food was good, but the people working are bad.

In this instance, appearances are indeed very deceptive...the "Bistro" is anything but that ! Food was absolutely tasteless as was the atmosphere.

Had brunch there...food was not tasteless and service was terrific.

Definite improvement over what it was before.

The food at the Bistro is o.k. It is no longer locally raised. They get it from Sisco. Things would be much better if Chef Taluccie were gone. He is a sexual harraser! Poor manager too! Lew Frame should consider a more simpler menu served hot and less pricey! Expensive does not always equal quality!!

It amazes me how many people are complaining about the Bistro on 10. It's a great addition to our community. You don't have to drive 30 mins. just to have a good meal. The Chef prepares food and desserts tableside. You don't see much of that any more. Not around here anyway. The people working there have always been pleasant and nice to us. We absolutely love the place and hope that people will continue to patronize it. The downstairs bar has $5 all you can eat wings on Wednesday nights. The Sunday Brunch is delicious. Our philosophy is to continue to shop and eat at the places in town to help them grow and stay in business. If you haven't been there yet, stop in and give it a try.
