Luckily for Mullen he was charged for a misdemeanor. However the robber is in Baja California by now.

An example needs to be set. This man should be charged with aiding a felon. Had the dye pack not been in this wad, the man would have this money and any potential fingerprints on the banding. He should be charged with a felony.
