Since Mr. Castilleja was, obviously, very inebriated....and he was going the wrong way on the freeway when he smacked into the other vehicle....why, on earth, should he even think about pleading innocent? Probably, because his lawyer expects a nice, cost of living increase due to the fee he will charge Mr. Castilleja and his family. I guess there is no conscience associated with lawyers.

what would mr castilleja think or feel if it was one of his family member that got killed by a drunk driver, driving the wrong way, just like he did?
the system should not waste tax payers money on a trial or all this dam court hearings, he is guilty, oh no but he might plead insanity, isn't that what everyone does when they can easily be found guilty..especially when their is evedince that can prove them guilty...
My thoughts are with the family of the young girl..to young to have her life taken by a total loser...

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Capricorn

Mercury retrograde in your sign will cause some friction between you and other people during coming weeks. Matters that have been bubbling away in the background will come to the boil, forcing you to do something about them. Try not to overreact, nor to create a crisis out of something that's really very minor. You should also keep a strong sense of fair play and pay attention to every little detail.
