La historia inicia en 1979 en Rodeo, Durango, cuando llega el Capo Roberto Renteria Ravelo y su esposa Maria Vazquez alias la Camelia la Texana originaria de los Mochis Sinaloa quien los inicia en el Narcotráfico ellos fundaron su clan en Santa Ana California.
Posteriormente se trasladan al estado de Durango y durante más de 30 años con altibajos ha permanecido de generación en generación transformándose al correr del tiempo con nuevos integrantes y socios.
Durante el periodo 1979-2009 en la región han dejado una estela de crímenes impunes por el poder económico que le da sus ingresos de narcotráfico y secuestro. El Potencial económico de este cartel es de 15 millones de dólares.
Actualmente el líder de este Cartel es el profesor Rodrigo Meza Rentería Presidente municipal de Rodeo Durango ya que bajo su manto protector sus primos y socios, están vendiendo enervantes en todo el municipio en las denominadas “tienditas”, asesinando por encargo, venta de identidades con nuevas actas del registro civil para la trata de blancas y pasar indocumentados o terroristas a USA, introducción de armas a México y el secuestro en el estado de chihuahua, por decir lo menos. También es importante señalar que usan doble identidades falsas.
Rodrigo Meza Renteria realizó una alianza con el Cartel de Sinaloa de Arnoldo “Alias el Chapo” Guzman Loera y con ello ser una célula más de este cartel.
Hoy en día como en años anteriores han crecido bajo el amparo de las autoridades mexicanas y la corrupción que impera en nuestro país, al permitir que esta organización en lugar de terminar en las cárceles, se amplié sus actividades hacia Estados Unidos, para ello cuenta con nuevos integrantes como a continuación se describe:
• Jesús Garcia Vazquez alias la perra, cuenta con recursos económicos para financiamiento de 5 millones de dólares, su lugar de residencia es Kansas, y Las Vegas Nevada, y por temporadas en Rodeo, Durango.
• Maria G Vazquez en Kansas(hermana de Jesús García Vazquez, lavado de dinero)
• Onésimo Garcia Soto, contratación de sicarios, residencia Rodeo Durango
• Adán Molina venta de cocaína en EUA
• Adán Soria Renteria, relación con autoridades mexicanas y abogados, reside en Durango
• Gerardo Favela Ribera, distribuidor cocaína en el paso Texas
• Carlos Canales Ramirez(alias el Tana), opera en las Vegas Nevada, venta de cocaína
• Rodolfo Fierro Campa(alias el Arqui), Lavado de Dinero en Durango, Durango
• Erasmo Lopez, traslado de indocumentados hacia estados unidos, Reside en Durango
• Norma Leticia Acosta Santillano, reside ne Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, envío de enervantes hacia estados unidos de América

Como se dice aca en Mexico, el que "se junta con lobos a aullar se enseña..." no me digas que son inocentes ya que cobran con la mano derecha y esconden la mano izquierda, entonces que la Señora Maria G. I think we have enough problems with the stupid
politicians in this country. Why are we covering

I do not believe that illegals or any minority has the corner on the drug market. There are many white middle and upper class Americans who Thrive and survive and dealers. Not mechanics and electricians but attorneys and police officers. I say we quit letting the white good ole boys get off with slapped hands. A former police chief comes to mind. HMMMM
