where is justice

This is a matter of Civil Rights. Arians case raises many questions as to; why did the LAPD fire 90 rounds, when there was nothing being fired from the victims end. Could they have not hid behind their cruisers and wait to see the victims reaction. The fact that they shot and killed an innocent teenager is mind shivering enough, but to add to that the Fact that they left him lying helplessly bleeding on the freeway for 11+ hours is just grusome. People need to try and change their views to not those of citizens defending these horrid acts by LAPD but as concerned citizens. How would YOU feel if your teenager was murdered at the hands of the people who are supposed to "protect" society, and later left on the side of the freeway? Im sure everyone out there has a loved one of their own, and until they are not sure of the full story as to what happened NO ONE. I MEAN NO ONE, has the right to judge and jump to conclusions.

Who in there right mind would raise their arms like a shooting stance in front of cops. Especially when this guy was in the explorers program, you would think he might have had more sense.

This is very sad that's cops can't tell a difference between a phone and a gun from about 3 meters of a way with so much light shining on the poor kid, the cops just needa chill but honestly he could have tazzered or shot him with rubber bullet not fire more then 90 bullets at the guy ya he did not think twice before he spoke but the cops should know better. __rip abdul mohid arian jann

I dont no why they are hiring Blind Cops into these kinds of jobs.. If Someone doesnt know the difference between a Gun and a Phone they must be one idiott.. I am Sorry for his Family and they deserve every penny they are asking for Because what ever the case might have been for that teenager they had no right to take his life away and leave his family With this Tragedy for life.. I Am sure each one of those officers have a Teenager that will someday be dumb and act someone which i hope the same does happen to them so they can know what Arians family is going thru. Just like In Arizona A 16 years old Girl was killed by this idiot cuz he couldnt see now we had to lose another Teenage. What is this world coming to???? WHy are we losing soo manyy teenagers and yet no one is saying anything Nothing is changing. DOesnt matter if they are Muslim Or CHristain, Afghan or American or Russian or Indain.. As a human we should all be Treated the exact same way.. Allah (God) Is the best and will punish those that does wrong either now or later.. Like they say what goes around will come around. This WOrld goes round And ROUNDD..

LAPD has a bad record for killing innocent ppl, the plice was 8 feet away from the victim, why don't they release the 911 tape? cause they are at fault. go to web sites and read about LAPD who committed crime while they were wearing the badge and the gun.

I seen the damages LAPD did I was a guest at Holiday Inn very close to where the incident happened, the police shot indiscrimenaltely, shooting the near by buidlings, car dealership, street poles, ect. was it necessary to put the life of the people that they swarn to keep safe? no LAPD is nothing but a blood thirsty department, I agree with Jim about LAPD officers who committed crime while on duty. I hope the family get justice and the officers get life behind bars.
