West Fork Arkansas Dam Is Leaking

Will somebody please come and help me stop the water leak in the West Fork Arkansas Dam?
It leaks......I need some fingers to stick in the dam and help stop all the leaks!

Or better yet, maybe somebody could call or email the Army corps of Engineers in Little Rock,Ar-Kan-Saw. I have tried to call and contact Lt. General Carl Strock who is Head Boss of The Army Corps of Engineers many times, but they said they might be able to help us when they get New Orleans Leevees rebuilt.
I hope they say what they mean.....and mean what they say.
Sometimes the Government speaks with a forked tongue.
We shall see, I reckon.

Thank You very much Ed for the good idea. My only concern is to get stop the West Fork Arkansas Dam from leaking all that precious water out downstream into the famous White River. The Army Corps of Engineers promised to fix this leak years ago. But they say they have a "Katrina Excuse" !
The leaky West Fork Dam is located on the West Fork of the famous White River in Riverside Park in beautiful,exciting downtown West Fork,Arkansas.
If you ever get the chance to go visiting there, it surely would be worth your time. West Fork Arkansas is simply marvelous!
