dovies and the way they have changed

I was in town from Indiana, and had to try this place called Dovies. I have always heard good things. I do not like the service the girl gave me, and they were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. I will never be back in there and I will tell anyone who asks me that the service is crappy, and the little girl who waited oon me was a total B.

1) I don't believe that "upset" is really from Indiana; their IP shows them being from Glasgow,

2) Dovies really does blow.

the so called bread burger is shrinking and getting smaller and smaller, the meat is not as fresh and the taste has declined since the days of the original owners.

they are good at times

Wait to you see one employee, act like total B____ to you and the cook scratches her head and then put her nasty finger into the pickles. that could seriouly cause MAJOR health promblems

iluv dovies. maybe her head itches. yall just don't like the people who work there. they probably dont like you either. you don't have to go there,,,ever think of that??LOL

i work at there i know who you are talking about she is a big B..... the boss knows about it but she will not do any thing about it and when you pay her look and see if she give you the right money back

They-ins use to be good. They tastes old and not to good now. I wish they would make them like they once did. They wuz good then.

OK.. Most of us get it. There are very few who don't. There is someone that works at Dovies. For some reason you dislike this person. So you choose to get on topix and run her and Dovies into the ground. It's so childish. If you don't like someone simply stay away from them. What are you hoping to accomplish anyway. People will always go to Dovies. Maybe not everyone but most. I am certain Dovies has been around a lot longer than you and will probably be here when you are gone. As far as this person you do not like, maybe you should get some therapy if you can't stop thinking about her.

i NEVER said i didn't like some of the people, but the one i saw scratching her head and then putting the meat on the bun, was totally NASTY. Where is the health inspector when she does this. i am talking about is the one that is very nosey And one of the waitresses does nothing but stand in one spot. I know i don't dress like i have money, but she walked right past me and took someone else's order. That really pushed a button. And the funny thing was she never even asked if they needed anything else.Then i heard her complain(NO WONDER!) Personally I would not have tipped her either. She is the rudest one there. and some of the other customers there were talking about it also. The main one in charge needs to tell her "treat others the way she would like to be treated!!" I totally think the service there has dropped and people like to know you are glad they choose to eat there. Without them, Dovies would cease to stay above water. I honestly used to love them, until people became very rude and acted like it killed them to get a refill. I don't mind paying for good service but not burnt on the outside and half raw in the middle. I was curious has the owners been informed of the sitution. They are loosing money also. Dovies have been around for many years, and people are disapointed in the food. Without the consumers, there business will only get worse!!! sincerely,a consumer...

Well I have to say that I ordered 2 hamburgers from Dovies and they wasnt as big as a half- dollar.
What has happened to this place? Wheres the beef?

Everthing is shrinking.

There is no telling what goes on in these fast food restaurants. With Dovies, they are out there in the middle and customers watch them. That is why you see them scratching their heads and things like that. With other fast food places, we don't see them and I'm sure they are scratching their heads, not to mention other things. We just don't see it. Out of sight, out of mind!

As with everything else right now, quality and quanity isn't like it used to be.
