To bad Rob dosn't treat his employess as well as his customers. My opinion is he burns his beans his coffie is bitter and his roaster's stack boaders on being a health hazzard, bleching it's acrid smoke. Who want's to have watery eyes and a runny nose. I think he should be made to raise his stack, so it does not pool around the Post Office and downtown. If you close your eyes you can almost immagine the smelters. I agree with you on one point a good job by the employes.

Hi is on the P&Z, isn't he? Those folks all stick together. Remember the City going after him and his Company about the Convention Center Parking Lot? He pretended many times he was at odds with the City yet he is on the City P&Z? He should raise his stack, but he won't be made to. The burnt coffee smell does stink up the town like a smelter.

I agree 100% that Rob treats his employees horribly. I know for a fact that more than one employee would have had grounds for a lawsuit, but they did not want to expend their energy in such a negative manner. Just throw some crap out there and hope to stink up the place. Did you know that the sales for all of his businesses is up significantly over this time last year, in spite of the gloomy economy? Success is the best revenge.

Goat is the one throwing the stink around here. He is an expert at throwing crap out there and hope to stink up the place. It takes one to smell one.

There's no question that the burnt-coffee smell stinks up the plaza and the area. You don't get that smell if you're not over-roasting, and the coffee there is uniformly 'burnt' in taste. At least it aint Starfucks.

He likes everyone to think they are friends. When certain people who he brags are his friends in Bisbee were asked, the answer was not what one would expect from Goat's bragging.

Goat with wrote: Good job Bisbee Coffee Co.! Oh good, something new to argue about. BCC is a mixed blessing. They employ many of Bisbee's young people and bring in a lot of tax dollars. They are also very active in promoting the town. Unfortunatly, their sandwichs are expensive, lacking in meat, long on bread and the coffee isn't anywhere as good as Seth's. However, it beats warmed for days Circle K coffee, stale Safeway deli sandwichs, and it's plenty good enough for the tourists. As far as I'm concerned the Pages bring a lot of mediocracy ( I hope I spelled that right) to Bisbee but its good enough for most. The rest of know where else to go. Much like Safeway I'm glad we have them even if they are not to my taste.

I just said it was a very good video about the roasting process. And, it appears that enough people think that it is good coffee, that the business is a success. In other words, you are out-voted.

BTW, I think that the people who poo-poo The Blue Man Group and the Hoover Dam tour are ignorant snobs who don't know how to have fun.

There are plenty or people that love BCC coffee, the Blue Man Group and the dam tour and think it's just the neatest thing they have ever seen. They are called typical tourists. I know I am out numbered and I'm glad of it. I may be a snob but I am not an ignorant snob I am well aware of the subject we are talking about and have gone on many silly tours and I have seen plenty of LV shows and drank plenty of BCC coffee. The shows and tours (even the mine tour) were entertaining but I don't think they are worth hooting about. I have experienced what I consider to be far more exciting things in my life to compare things like that with and for me a trip to Vegas is just a trip to Vegas. The only person that was impressed by your trip was Merv. You both should get out more.

It isn't as far as most people are concerned, just you because you come off as such a swaggering, insecure, braggert and loudmouth. I've enjoyed the banter and putting you in your place but alas it's starting to bore me. Now go play with the other chatters and remember to be nice.
