texoma living magazine

It comes free in my mailbox for some reason. I read it once, throw the rest away. Same old same old people in another crooked little town.

Some of you seem to be a biy paronoid aabout this. This magazine is trying to grow by word of mouth not by cheating you. They are trying to become a valued publication to the community. They have done a great job in leting people know what is going on all around them not just in their community. This is good for businesses and consumers alike. Give them a break. I commend them for a job well done and I forgive this simple error. Get over it.

From Sherman to Plano ... pretty good coverage for letting people know about shops, restaurants, events, etc. They were made aware of a problem, admitted it, corrected it. I think that shows very positive action on their part. I wish our politicians would follow suit.

I have not a clue who wrote this, but the condescending air that I have noticed in EVERY email I have received from the owner of the magazine has led me to believe they JUST DON'T CARE about the little people who make up our community. I still haven't received my money back from them leaving my ad out of the magazine. When I was upset and said something, which everyone would, the owner expressed he would never do business with me again...ummm don't they need us little people to be successful? The more we have the more we spend...?
And this is a horrible excuse for public relations..."Rest assured that Texoma Living! is not involved in a scheme to take your $12.95. We want to keep you reading. Send me your name an address and I give you a free subscription for a year."
If this happened to you it can happen to hundreds of unassumings and that adds up to be a lot of money. Pathetic...

We got the latest issue mailed to our office for some reason recently. It came to our office addressed to a lady that no one has ever heard of. I sort of read it, flipped through it. Looks like they are trying to pump up the people that fancy themselves as "local celebrities".

Appears to just be another rag that likes to show houses and cater to the high income people in Texoma. Who the hell cares about most of the stuff that's in the most recent issue? Seriously, just looking for comments from readers, and no not the staff of the magazine posting on here, on what you enjoyed in this latest issue.
