Budget Passes at First Referendum

I was raised in Tolland and left about 10 years ago to raise a family. The taxes in the town are I justified. Where does the money go? I know there are modern schools, but no police, or paid fire department, no sidewalks, and the parks are a joke. Now families have to pay for their children to play sports. All things considered, Ellington and Somers are much better
