Trooper's car struck by train in Union City

Seems the Trooper should have been more aware of her surroundings prior to crossing the tracks.

ha ha, when i dealt with the CSP they came across like they know it all, in fact a one stop shop besides being troopers their also jurors, judges, and executioners, oh and bozos.
p.s. where did you go buddy.
