Relay for Life of Oak Forest will host its first summit at noon Saturday at the Best Western, 4375 Frontage Road, Oak Forest. The summit will be a preview of the village's upcoming Relay for Life season and will feature movie-themed games, contests, door prizes and handouts. Participants will learn more about the patient services performed by the American Cancer Society office in Tinley Park and will take part in a roundtable discussion aimed at improving the way the relay is run. Residents also will learn how to exercise at home to stay fit and how to follow healthy eating tips and guidelines. Relay members also will present a Special Sponsor Plaque to Ken and Dee Keller of Kenootz Pizza in Midlothian.
