Drugs still running hot and heavy on Lord Howe...When will it ever stop. Goes to
jail for little bit and right back to it.
I do not understand why cops can't stop it once and for all .......they know it is never going to stop unle4ss they put em away for more than a few days. I am sure they know where it coming from...do something.
Also do something about cars parked half in the road ....Lord Howe just an accident waiting to happen....and whose fault will it be!

Drugs? Good Luck getting rid of them. About cars parked half in the road, I asked a patrol officer and they said if it does not block both lanes it is legal. These are considered secondary roads and the laws are different from primary roadways. Tell that to the snow plow or the school buses.

Just remember all of this during the next election! If the supervisor, the board, the police, DA and the judges don't give a crap, it will never change. HOWEVER, if they wanted to, IF...they could make a big difference. I have seen it happen. Just not in Ticonderoga.

You can put some of the blame squarely on the town judges, who have done nothing but slap the wrists of some of these Lord Howe dealers!

As for the DA, how impressed are you so far? Seriously?

You should talk to the chief who should then educate the patrol officer. Creating a hazard is NOT legal.

How do you expect the cops to stop it? They only can make the arrest. And they can only make the arrest if they have EVIDENCE...not knowledge or suspicion, but actual EVIDENCE that can be used in a trial. The DA must bring charges and then there is a trial (unless plea bargained) and then a sentence if found guilty.

If the police enter a residence and SEE illegal drugs and paraphernalia...then what??

Anyway, what kind of idiot calls the cops to their own house and leaves that kind of stuff just hanging around? STUPID criminals!

ETOH is the chemical equation for alcohol. It's a code used by cops and doctors.
Good question

Maybe there is a bigger investigation happening, which is why the arrest is "pending?"

Yeah, stupid criminals!

well technically if a police officer is called to a residence for a certain reason not involving drugs or anything of that sort they legally can not confiscate them.

Technically, you're wrong. If the officer was invited into the residence anything in plain sight that is illegal is grounds for an arrest.
So now what
