DUI driver sent to prison for fatal collision

A Newbury Park man has been sentenced to three years and four months in state prison for a drunk driving collision that killed a Westlake High School freshman last year in Thousand Oaks.

40 months? with good behavior, overcrowding, he might serve 20. no wonder people keep drinking, driving and killing people.
