Review: Lloyd C Kranes PC - Lloyd C Kranes DDS

Lloyd C Kranes is arrogant, unprofessional and has no concern for patient well-being. His assistant is brash, rude and down-right unfriendly. Kranes refused to treat me today saying that he did not have time, despite the fact that I informed his receptionist that I would require work done today when I made my appointment last week. I am in considerable pain from a chipped tooth which I purposely mentioned when arranging my appointment but Kranes' staff were unprepared for me and surprised that I expected more than a "check up."
After sitting in the unattended waiting room for over 20minutes without ever being acknowledged, his abrasive nurse / assistant threw a bunch of forms at me and reminded Kranes he had a personal lunch appointment within my earshot, he then spent approximately 30seconds looking at my teeth and told me to come back next week. I informed him that I was in a lot of pain and pointed out that I had booked this appointment in order that he could address the chipped tooth, the cause of my pain. His answer was, "that's not how it works."
I feel abused, mistreated, disrespected and neglected. A terrible experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Kranes for over 15 years. He treats my family, children and in laws. He has always treated us with the utmost respect .
He is a caring professional that has seen a family member at non office hour appointments to take care of dental needs that needed to be addressed . This is something that is difficult to find in todays healthcare professionals.

Dr. Kranes has also treated my entire family for 18 years and we have been nothing short of extremely satisfied with his ability as a dentist and as a person of character. His office is both pleasant and professional and have never had a problem with them. I am sure the majority of his patients feel this way and unfortunately you cant make everyone happy.

I trust Dr. Kranes 100%. That's what's most valuable and important when choosing a doctor.

Today my 10 year old son fell off his bicycle directly on his face cracking his front teeth. Unable to reach my family dentist, my neighbor recommended I call Dr. Kranes. When I called and explained the situation, his receptionist was very calming, and told me to bring him right over. My son was upset and extremely nervous, and so was I. We arrived at the office and Dr. Kranes immediately made us both feel better. He explained everything he was going to do to both me, and my son. He was so Kind and so Patient, making us both laugh, telling us stories of when his son was younger, and the accidents he had. He made my son feel so comfortable, and his teeth look Beautiful!
Dr. Kranes will now be our Family Dentist.
Thank You to Dr. Kranes and his staff for giving my son "A Happy Ending"

Dr. Kranes was the only dentist who took the time and explained everything to me so that I could understand it. Excellent office!!!

Dr.Kranes has been treating my family for over 10 years. The staff and Dr. Kranes has always been caring and professional. I highly recommend this office.

After surviving cancer, I wanted to change my crooked teeth. Dr. Kranes did such a GREAT job!!. I feel so much better and my smile never looked so good. Dr. Kranes took the time to explain everything and was very patient with my questions. I would highly recommend his office!!!

After a freak accident in a grocery store, I cracked my front tooth in half and split my lower lip on the jagged edge. The next day I was supposed to go on an important job interview, but knew no one would hire me looking the way I did. Dr. Kranes saw me as an emergency patient and not only fixed my tooth, but restored my self-confidence. His prompt and caring attention was so greatly appreciated that now my entire family now sees him for all our routine dental needs. There is no one I would trust more! Thanks Dr. Kranes!

Of course it's BS. Seven positive reviews in one month? Hardly anyone knows about this forum...unless you are Dr. Kranes and you Google your own name for bad reviews.

Anyway, I would like to say that although he is not a medical doctor, he did lengthen my little penor without using any medication! Oogah! His technique is marvelous!

I never had a problem with Dr. Kranes, but his assistant is definitely abrasive. I am not sure why Dr. Kranes has kept her since she does a disservice to his business.

great office, highly recommended!!!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kranes for more than 20 years. I have nothing but respect for his work. He is very caring. His assistant, Maria is great. I was very surprised by the negative review. It does not match any experience I have ever had in his office.

Also someone who uses profanity in their review and has an purposefully offensive username doesn't have a lot of credibility in my book.

I just had my teeth fixed at Dr. Kranes office and I loved the treatment I got. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this office.
