Does anyone know of a decent place to rent,trailers are to high Pecan Place all right but no 3 bedrooms,Villa what a Jungle,That lady over there is about as dumb as a box of rocks new in town good job just need a decent place to stay, are ther any kind of rental agency in town besides Derric And nolkle

Either your job ain't THAT good, or your crazy! The trailers are NOT too high if you NEED a 3 bedroom and have a GOOD JOB. Better take what you can get, cause in Monahans - it is either those you listed, or NOTHING. Every other rental property is owned by individuals and those are never advertised and are rented out to friends or family quickly. |

you should try looking in the paper. I could have sworn I seen a place for rent like a two story or something, but not sure if they still have it in there. but there is no harm in looking..

just a little note..you can negotiate with Quell Petroleum Services on the trailers..we did..They are pretty cool about it...They would rather have some money than no money..Plus they have alot of empty trailers... I bet you can get one of them at a discounted price....Good Luck...
