Pain, schmain.

What about his victim? Did he care about his victim's pain?

For every execution blocked by a bleeding heart liberal; either delayed or overturned - one liberal should take the condemned's place.

The people of California have shown their overwhelming support time and time again - and the penalty IS constitutional; it's survived far too many reviews for it not to be.

Stop circumventing the will of the majority. Minority rule is destroying America.

Liberalism (aka 'Socialism') is destroying the fabric of society.

Governor - uphold the California Constitution and by extension; the United States Constitution.

Sign those papers and carry out the sentence!

PROSECUTOR WAS WILLING TO PUT PEOPLE IN PRISON, BUT COULDN'T TAKE BEING INVESTIGATED & APPARENTLY KILLED HIMSELF.

DO YOU THINK THE MAN WAS FEARFUL OF EVEN MORE CORRUPTION BEING FOUND IN HIS PROSECUTORIAL WORK PERFORMANCE?
----------

Prosecutor commits suicide

A prosecutor killed himself while under investigation over whether he and other attorneys in the prosecution of Sen. Ted Stevens acted improperly in the case, officials said.

The prosecutors in the case failed to disclose evidence favorable to the defendant as Supreme Court precedent requires. The omission was so serious that Attorney General Eric Holder stepped in and asked a federal judge to throw out Stevens' convictions, which the judge did, while taking the additional step of appointing a prominent Washington attorney, Henry Schuelke, to investigate possible improprieties by the prosecutors.

SO, HOW DO YOU AS A CITIZEN READ THE ABOVE HEADLINE NEWS & FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE JURY IS BEING INFORMED IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER BY THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE?? AS A JUROR, YOU'RE BEING ASKED TO IMPRISON PEOPLE... BUT WHAT IF THE DA's OFFICE IS ENGAGING IN LIES ?

Hey, lets stay on topic. Are you saying that the jury was not given the correct information pertaining to this case? This guy is complaining about cruel and unusual punishment cause the jury voted to put him to sleep like the animal he is. Cruel and unusual punishment was what this piece of feces inflicted on a poor 15 year old girl. Put him down as quickly as possible. There is no do not pass go or get out of jail free card. He needs to pay the price.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Scorpio

Emotional tension is in the air today, making it a fraught but exciting day. The fur could really fly between you and someone you fancy, especially if you aren't yet having a sexual relationship with them. Try to channel all this energy into positive directions, such as doing something creative or transforming. It will also help to keep active.
