Police and Fire Departments of W.F.

Please let us know what "Golden Showers" are held by these departments at their so called parties.

Don't know so much for the Fire Dept but the Police Dept certainly is lacking(morals). Criminals chasing the criminals. They will get caught. Both sets.

I understand our Police aren't giving out many speeding or seat belt tickets. Is there a reason why the State Police are doing this???? I have seen our police hurry to get coffee or just stop and talk. Is that in their contract?

You are right, I haven't heard that WF has given a speeding ticket in anybodies driveway nor shot the fire cheif for complaining about excessive use of power but they have issued a no trespass order that I believe to be inappropriate and quite likely illegal. I have read enough case law on this issue to believe that I am right. They are also, not making public records, public. You can find more details in the blog titled West Frankfort Police Department & Chief.

I also know of many officers throughout Southern Illinois who are making inappropriate stops and falsifying police reports. Also, with what I am seeing the Court systems are also not observing our Constitutional rights, either. Of course, I am not saying every individual who are in these intities are not doing their jobs correctly but there are enough that they are severly riping us of our Constitutional protections.

By not allowing the public access to the public records that can prove these things. Also, in the event that they are using the false record technique, lies on the public reports that they won't let us have access to. All looks pretty suspicious to me. Truly, if they had nothing to hide, then why all this refusal to allow the public to have access to the records that the public is intitled to?
