Aggie faculty leaders vote 'no confidence' in McKinney

Ignoring a plea from a member of their governing board, faculty leaders at Texas A&M University Tuesday overwhelmingly approved a "no-confidence" vote aimed at the system's chancellor, Michael McKinney.

A good way to approach an analysis of this vote is to ask "Is there any reason that one should have confidence in McKinney"...failing positive answers the vote on confidence must be NO.
