There is only one person that really knows the anwsers. I would imagine that persons lawyer will not allow them to speak about that yet, if you catch my drift.

I do not know who is guilty in this situation... nor do I know either of them. But I will encourage people to always look at two sides of the story. The testimony that Brian gave to the police on the day of the murder was that two middle eastern men burst in... are any of you aware that a crime with the exact same set up for two middle eastern bursting into a house and someone being murdered happened in Antioch... less than an hour away... a month ago??? I think instead of jumping on Brians case immediately, that other suspects should be investigated. What if those middle eastern guys really did murder his wife? He is sitting in jail with no money to hire someone to find out exactly what happened. Investigations do not happen without money. The government could care less whether or not the crime is solved. The sad thing is that any of us could be convicted of a crime we did not commit just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I dont buy that..the evening of the murder I spoke to an officer who was standing around with his hands in his pockets. no one was running around looking for anyone. They have their man.

But what if they don't? What if it's just easier to alleviate the neighbor's concerns by arresting someone immediately and making them feel safe while the real perpetrators are still on the streets? I hope the police are looking at this other like-kind crime to determine if they really do have "their man."

I hope he rots in hell !!!!! Cleaning began on the house this weekend. Thank you to everyone that stopped by. We are humbled by your expression of sympathy and for reminding us that you continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. You will never know how much your kindness means to us during this horrible ordeal.

any real estate agent selling/showing house must reveal what has taken place in the home or they can get in trouble with the realtors ethics board.
